LOVE freddy’s, hate this location, every single time i come thru the drive thru the employees are rather rude, zero customer service skills, most don’t even smile and you can just tell none of them want to be there(understandable), tried giving them another chance and pulling through today. they had me wait at order thing till they got 4 cars out of drive thu, (waited 10 min to order) when i tried ordering they were out of what i wanted so i asked about other products, they lady was rushing me, cutting me off repeatedly and not even let me finishing my question, i asked about an item and she cut me off mid sentence with the total of the item and told me to pull ahead and turned off her mic. i was very taken back by the experience and said nevermind and pulled out of the line(not even sure she heard my nevermind since she turned off her mic) overall very disappointing, highly recommended going to a different location if you can. other freddy’s in como have great customer service.
Every time my wife and I have eaten here the food has been fresh and fantastic!!! The service is remarkable..Lance and the crew at this restaurant have always been so kind to us and our family. So honestly we first came for the food, now we frequent this Freddy’s for the food and the genuine kindness they show. It’s good to deal with employees that make you feel like they really appreciate you coming in.I asked if they would allow me to take their picture and they agreed. The food is great, but I also wanted the employee’s to know we appreciated their kindness to us also…
Food - Great. Hot and fastService - FriendlyClean storeParking is horrendous - there are too many businesses in a small area and getting in and out is horrible. Add to it a drivethru that has to go in the middle of the parking lot when it backs up and people get blocked in.
They messed up my order and refused to replace my order when I called and asked for a replacement. Ridiculously bad service.

Freddys is the best! Super cool vibe, awesome burgers, and fabulous cheese curds. Plus to get some grape custard and ice cream sandwiches that are worth a road trip. It’s always a treat for us to be able to go to Freddys. Parking here is a little frustrated sometimes, but that’s on whoever laid out that shopping center. Just a heads up it’s a little tight. But the food hands-down, fantastic. Plus the staff is always super friendly here.
Lance is the man. Always taking care of me each and every time I go in. This man even recognizes me in the drive through! Would go there 10/10 again just to say hello to him. As always the food is fantastic as well.
Let me tell you how amazing all the staff was. They all busted there butts to satisfy everyone’s wants. Shoutout to Becca and Jamie for making everything go super fast and smooth. The shakes and food was for sure 10/10. Thank y’all for making my visit amazing. Becca always there busting her but making sure things go amazing. Jamie did amazing on both the hot line and cold line. Thank you ladies for working soooo hard
