Absolutely LOVE their food......but NOW I have to order through DoorDash when I live literally ONE exit away from them?? I've had issues with DoorDash in the past and this has NEVER happened when I've ordered from this restaurant and I am disappointed. I'll still order from them, but this is why I'm only giving them 3 stars because this is ridiculous.??♀️
Love this place love that the staff are nice
The sign outside say's China Star guess they forgot to change it. Good food. Confusion on the gps ?????
I have been in Columbia since 1994. They have been alright, however, the last two times have been disgusting and wrong. The first time it was bad our items tasted fishy and we ordered no fish items. And this time I am most pissed about...both main dishes were wrong. This is NOT Schezuan beef or Springfield Style Cashew Chicken (I grew up minutes from. Springfield so I know). I literally want all of my money back.
Ordered for the first time today. Food was hot and delicious. Crab rangoons were so good, I had to hide mine from my husband! We will definitely be ordering again.
Right from the start there was some confusion finding them because their address led to a strip mall with a place called "China Star" on the front. After a quick phone call from the parking lot they cleared it up explaining they were both. The interior was clean and tidy, staff wore masks and some latex gloves also. There are a couple of booths and chairs at a bar for dining in, however none were taken during my visit. There was a lot of take out and delivery traffic, which clearly is their primary business. The menu was expansive with plenty of "American style" dishes next to obviously authentic Chinese fare. You'll definitely find things you're used to seeing next to other things to experiment. Even though they were busy, my order only took 15 minutes. You have the option of also ordering online and paying in advance for either pick up or store based home delivery via their website.Parking out front was ample, with handicapped spots near the door with curb ramps.I admit I was hoping to find a dining experience but the quality of the food i brought home was superb and delicious. It was packed nicely and everything was still hot. Highly recommend ?

Chinese food and the feeling at this location is great. Definitely worth going back to. Prices are appropriate for the quality.
Formosa restaurant is a Columbia establishment. Known for its outstanding potstickers and general Taos chicken.
Good food, large portions, fair prices. Was a little partial to the cozy downtown location, but that's life. My favorite Chinese in Como.
