I love firehouse subs. The staff is always welcoming. The food is fresh, and that celebration cookie is delicious ?. Definitely worth the money.

Obviously short staffed but didn’t allow that to get in the way of quality service. Very friendly, polite, and efficient despite difficult working conditions. Way to go. I’m impressed

Easily the worst Firehouse subs I have ever ordered from. Long wait and when we got home the kids subs were burned to a crisp.

Customer service was alright. The subs were pretty good that we had ordered. We ordered online and was given a 30 minute window. I arrived 35 minutes later and was informed they were just making them. They were not busy at the time I arrived so I am unsure what the delay was. The area with the soda fountain was pretty dirty including the soda cups.

I ordered a hot sub with corned beef and pastrami. The flavor was amazing however the fat content required me to have to apit out about 1/8th of the sandwich.

4.5... and its due to the adage that: there is always room for improvement. That being said, the experience was worth the money spent.Counter people: very personable and accurate. The atmosphere: clean; spacious, and plenty of room.Soda machine needs adjusting as to the flavor mix levels. The sandwiches ordered and delivered in an efficient manner with no delays- excellent work sandwich people.Fabulous packaging: reconstituted, recycled materials... the store acts as a portal for the very ecumenical design of helping other nonprofits through associated purchases of display items- good for you guys!Going to return soon, I suspect.

Food was great, experience, not so much. My order was messed up, I went back in, told a woman about it. She flat out blamed me (it was partially my fault) she proceeded to tell the manager (I assume) that I’m his problem now. He also told me I was wrong. Woman then felt it was appropriate to talk about me and my order to her coworkers while I was sitting there waiting. I walked out with no apology. Very poor customer service in my opinion.

Being that I am ALLERGIC to onions I ordered my sandwich without onions then drove 15 miles home to find out that something as simple as reading and putting cold cuts on bread was a task that this crew could not handle. So 15 miles back and explaining how this could have sent me to the ER the so called manger just said sorry. I felt she did not grasp the magnitude of this mistake. She offered to remake the sandwich but I was convinced this crew along with their leader could not make a pb&I let alone something with the complexity of No Onions when the manger refunded my money we found yet another mistake, the sandwich was not even in the correct box. If you have allergies please please check before you bite.

NOT KID FRIENDLYGrabbing lunch with my kids, I pulled up and an older women with blue hair and a younger white male were smoking what smelt like marijuana in a red car. Once I realized they were workers we left there and I called the cops. I don’t know if I should call corporate also.

I typically like firehouse subs but they removed the meatball sub that I tend to order so it's hard for me to continue eating here
