We waited about 45 mins for our food. I was headed back up to request a refund, and was told it was coming right out. It did, 10 mins later. So almost an hour total to receive our food at FAZOLI’S. Lame.
Good food fast service went to the gravity to order my mail because it took a while for them to get my mail together they gave me extra food like breadsticks they were very curated courteous and very polite they apologize for taking for taking so long to fix my order would recommend to go there again I very much enjoyed their breadsticks and their lasagna lasagna
This place is better then other locations around the U.S. The staff when I was there on 4-7-22 at night was great. I can't say enough good things. Food was better then Olive Garden. Its great fast food style Italian.
Two employees one by the name of Andrew, th3y both went way beyond what they needed to do when they forgot to put an order in. Mistakes do happen, we are very understanding people, but because of those two employees I hope others see this review and know they will go beyond what they need to, to make things right with their customers! Good job you two! You all are an example of good employee's!
The food is always great. The service was fantastic! Food came out pretty quickly and we had multiple people ask us if we were doing okay/needed anything and how our food was.
Wife and I love this place great service food is always good and best part of eating in is the unlimited breadsticks with getting a large dipping sauce. I recommend the chicken Alfredo
We had to wait 10 minutes for a cashier no problem but he was standing up there talking to someone and they told him to help us looked at me when I asked for a large cup and threw the silverware at me practically no eye contact I’m not impressed like I was last time
Good food and good service! Food was hot and fresh. Takes a little while in the drive thru, but that's to be expected at Fazoli's. Always a fave! Bring back the side pasta salad!
The food was delicious. The Dine in experience was good. We really like the quantity and quality of food they served.
I just made my first trip to facility’s in over two years and it will be my last trip for another two years. I ordered spaghetti with meatballs and 5 wings. I asked for them extra crispy and they said no problem. I waited at the drive-thru window for about 15 minutes before getting my food. I was totally fine with this given it would take extra time to make my wings crispy. Upon returning home, I realized not only were my wings not crispy, but they were soggy, pale and drowning in sauce. Not cool!
