First of all want to say, I absolutely love Culver. I was so disappointed in my food. I am at the hospital in Columbia Mo. I called to order ahead but he told me I had to order my food online. I ordered the food online and the only choice I had was 10pm. I understand that it was closing time. But that was the option. I placed the order , my friend picked it up for me. They called to make sure I ordered the food at that location, I then told the worker it was the one on Broadway St. the hospital is on Broadway St. the order finally came through. They completed the order . It was maybe a 5 min drive. The fries were kind of burnt, and the burger was made sloppy. I believe the fries were probably recooked. They were laying flat no puffiness like they usually are. Like I said in the beginning, I absolutely love Culver’s but this was a very disappointing experience. I know those fries were cooked twice instead of cooking new fries . This is so wrong. I hold Culver’s at a higher standard than McDonald’s! Please explain to me why this happened. I would also like to say that it not the Standard at this store. I have been there many times and have never experienced this . I understand that it was closing time but it’s your job to provide the great food you advertise, it’s my job to pay full price for what I ordered. I fulfill my duty but Culver’s did not. Please have them do better.
Our's was a simple order of fries and onion rings. And this Culver's did EVERYTHING right. They were cooked to perfection. Great job on what should be an easy task, but is so often screwed up!.
Always so good and prepared fresh! Culver's is a cut above other fast food places. The ice cream is excellent as well.

Ordered a meal for 2 way too expensive, they forgot our ice cream by the time we got it. It was melted. And the flavor,well there was none.
Stopped here for dinner while driving through Missouri. It’s a short distance off of I 70. I had the mushroom Swiss double burger with onion rings. The burger is one of the juiciest that you will find anywhere with a rich beef flavor. The onion rings were home style. If you are in the mood for a good old fashioned burger this is your spot.
An error was made with my order and I ended up having to wait a long time but as soon as they realized the mistake, the employees made sure I quickly got my food and apologized profusely. They even gave me some coupons since I had wait. It made me feel like a valued costumer!
Food was always hot! Every single time. Employees were courteous! Might be my only choice to decide if I want fast food.
Simply the best fast food burger in town. Absolutely love that each meal is cooked to order.
I thought the whole point of Culver's was you pay a little more but everything is made fresh? I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich meal and my food was up in 30 seconds. My chicken was soggy, not crispy and my bun was wet. It was pretty gross and it all went in the trash. I normally love Culver's, I guess just not in Columbia. I absolutely would not recommend this location if you are looking for fresh made food.
