Ordered a Cobbler salad. It was pretty good lacking in any bold flavor taste. Many of the tables were dirty but they were busy. I didn't like that they cut all the veggies on the same cutting board as the eggs. I also had concerns about the cleanliness of the cook area; it is all visible. One person used their phone then put on gloves and went back to work without washing hands. Not sure what the rules should be but I had concerns.
What has happened to Crushed Red? New management? Saturday lunch dining and the floors are filthy. The salad prep area is trashed with salad fixings. The employees are rude. Used to be busy. Not so much any more. The last time I came, I said was my last. I brought out of town friends hoping for better.I will no longer recommend this restaurant.
Customer service was horrible. We came as a group of 7, and they were freaking out as if they were being trampled, though we were the only ones in line. The food was not great, either. The salads were fine, but the pizza and flatbread was not cooked thoroughly. The cheese on the pizza was not melted. It was never hot. And the flatbread sandwich was cold as well. Never again!
Place states that they are extremely busy. No customers in the lobby. People sitting on their phones. Why does it take 40 minutes for a salad. Floors are gross. They own a broom? No. No refund for the 40 minute wait or compensation whatsoever. Won’t be returning.
Love this place everything's so fresh, workers are awesome, they do have flatbread pizza and soups, but I enjoyed the salads.
Our office ordered salads online about 10:30 am, set the time ready for pick up at 11:45 am. At noon I asked how much longer and was told they were just starting to prepare the salads.Customer service is lousy. Hope the food is better than the service.
When passing the sign, the other day. It occurred to me that this place sounds very interesting. So, there are high hopes for a good place that is nearby, healthy, and as good as it looks. As the storyteller has said; we shall see...More reports after the visit- great idea, though.

Delicious salads! This is our favorite place in Columbia to grab a quick bite. They’re a tad on the pricier side, but the quality ingredients and fresh flavor are worth it. ***Caution: the Tulsa Twister salad almost brought my wife to tears because of the heat. It was delicious, but fiery.***
Like Panera but better. So much variety and lots of classy touches. Love the flatbread pizza.
