All I can say is wow! Not a good wow! Truly the most over rated thing I have ever tried. 35 minute wait for room temperature cookies. We ordered one of each and they were all the same temperature. None were served warm and the chilled one wasn't chilled because they sat in the box for 30 minutes before we received them. We watched 7 employees stand there and chat with each other while they had a line out the door. I have never witnessed such slow workers at any place in my life. The ice cream is a huge no! We ordered the brownie ice cream and it was extremely freezer burnt and had a chemical tasting gooey film on the top. No clue what was in it but true honesty everyone with us that tried it had a burning feeling in their mouth. We did receive a refund on the ice cream and gave it back. I ordered in the app and it automatically added a $2 tip which I didn't notice until after the order was submitted. No tip was deserved so I am not real happy about that. There wasn't anything "amazing" about these cookies like people have talked about. And it was a truly terrible experience and horrible customer service. But overall watching these workers do nothing and very so slow and rude was so frustrating we will never return. It was like watching little kids play with playdoh while they flirt with each other and ignore their job. That is what the entire place full of people witnessed. Scooping cookie dough seemed too hard for them. I can't wait for this place to close down so the next "best thing ever" can take its place.
First off I don’t know how they sell out of anything. They have 7 workers standing there doing nothing. They could easily make more and fulfill orders in time. Horrible experience and we will never go back. They only have limited options because their brains would explode if they were required to handle more options since they couldn’t figure out how to put one of each in a box and acted so confused by it. One of the girls working kept complaining about how customers need to stop coming and was talking bad about the customers. It was extremely crowded and everyone was just standing there watching the workers do nothing. So as she was talking terrible about the customers who were all patiently waiting without saying a word I was trying to grasp the concept of why she believed we couldn’t hear her. This was the most awkward and uncomfortable experience ever. Standing in a crowded, miserable space with nothing to do other than stare at them while they talk bad about us for over 40 minutes is insane. No one says a word to you. It is crowded and if you haven’t been there before no one tells you that you have to order over on a screen on the wall. How this place is still in business is baffling. If you enjoy standing in a lobby watching the slowest, inefficient employees of all time just stand there and stare at a screen then this is the place for you. The ice cream was not edible and the cookies are nothing special. Cake batter cookies that you make at home are way cheaper and taste better. I wasted 40 minutes and $30 on trash with a horrible experience.
Over all ok experience. The line was pretty long and took awhile to get service, but I was able to over look that and the cookies we got were excellent, but we ordered the party box which is over $30 which is kind of pricey when your talking about cookies. We got home and noticed 4 cookies were not loaded in the box. I understand mistakes happen and we plan on ordering again in a couple weeks, I will update this review at that time with a 5 star that this establishment truly deserves....
Cookies are great but customer service could use some work. Multiple people came in after and wanted to order. They ended up walking out after zero acknowledgment or welcome from the staff - even to acknowledge that they were running behind and would be with the customer in a moment.
Best cookies ever, but our local shop is sometimes so busy, the experience suffers. A few weeks ago, I waited an hour and didn’t get the two cookies I was most excited about because they ran out. Otherwise, delicious!
Some of the best cookies I've ever had. At first, I seen that they were a little pricey, but after having one (or four) I'd probably sell my kidney for one of their cookies. They are super fresh, warm, soft, cakey, and huge. The staff is super nice and helpful in explaining their concepts to new customers.
We love Crumbl. There is a downside, if you want to make sure you get to try the flavors you want make sure you go early in the week. My experience at this location is that they run out of flavors when you get towards Friday and Saturday. Especially Saturdays. Great service here though
Amazing cookies delivered to my daughter’s class. I couldn’t be there to make cookies because a family situation required my presence out of state; can’t think of a better substitute to “mama’s cookies” than crumbl. Thank you very much for helping a mother out!
I love the Oreo cookies here! All of the cookies are made fresh all day, so you don’t get any old, stale cookies! If you are a cookie fanatic, I recommend giving them a try.
Love these cookies. And love that they have new flavors each week. So far my favorite has been the chocolate strawberry.
