This place is a dump, and most of the staff are stoned. Will not go back to this location again.
I always get food from this location whether I dine in or just do delivery. Always good for and you can load up your toppings for free so it's worth the money.
Yum, yum! Perfect salad and burritos for our travels. Our young girl got asked to show off her cubing...which she did. Friendly, clean, kind and so yummy!
This place used to have a much higher rating in my book but service has dropped off completely. The last two online orders I have made have taken over 30 minutes past their "ready" time. Furthermore this place refuses to make enough chips for the day and is always "out" of chips by 8pm. Ordering online Is a joke as they always service walk-ins first. My last trip there was no line when I came in and no one making online orders, then after 5 more patrons came in I joined the line and only when I got to the front and asked them to make my online order did they start making it. This was 20 minutes after its "ready" time. I was told tonight I would have to call a number to get my money for 2 bags of chips refunded (the number was just their catering line) and the worst part was when I go there they had plenty of chips but after skipping my order and making the 6 walk ins (3 of which came in after me) I was out of luck.
Foods great but online ordering sucks, never ready when they say so. 25 minutes later last time and going on 15 this time.
Always out of items by 9pm. Manager starts store close early every night, letting basic items run out instead of doing more prep. 9:30 tonight steam table already torn apart. No lettuce, cheese, chips, or sour cream. Just close at 9.
The line was ok, I didn't understand the menu very well and they ran out of the rice I wanted. She had it on the counter behind her but she still went on to the next customer. On top of that, the chicken was too spicy for taste. I'd suggest different levels of heat for the meats.

I can see by the posts this is an ongoing issue and no responses to address the issue by the owner either. Couldn't tell you the last time I left a review but this is the 3rd time I've ordered from here and everything has been messed up. Once pickup, once dine in and once delivery. This most recent time was delivery in which I received the items a mess in the bag, no chips to go with the chips and queso ordered and half of the toppings that were supposed to be on the bowl weren't there. I'll leave the taste up to your imagination...
12/14/21 @6:54 pm this place was dirty (again) which is surprising because there were only 2 tables occupied. Was disappointed to see that online orders were given priority over the customer actually in the store; witnessed multiple online orders that came in and were processed before people who had been waiting in line. Also, was informed that they wouldn’t sell me tortilla chips to go with my queso, because they were running low and they needed to save their remaining stock for potential online orders. So apparently a person standing right in front of them, willing to buy their product right now, isn’t as important to this business as a POTENTIAL online customer.I understand that many of these stores are suffering because of supply chain issues, but to deny an actual customer in favor of a POTENTIAL customer just doesn’t make for good customer service. Though this location is closest to me, I will taking my business to another location in town; perhaps they will actually care to provide non-biased customer service.
