Can't say I liked the food. Got 2 different items and they both tasted like the same. My burrito was ice cold and my soda was flat. There was food on the floor and the table was sticky. Can't say I'll be going back.
Incredibly fresh food and friendly service. Only thing that was missing was their fabulous iced tea.
Cannot even serve food without online ordering and has not even updated website to reflect this. Drove all the way here to be turned away. Complete waste of my time and no one even apologized for the inconvenience.
I've visited this Chipotle at least 50 times over the course of my life and it is never disappointing. They give generous portions, especially compared to what I found in California and Las Vegas, and the staff are so friendly.My favorite thing is that you can get guacamole for free with a vegetarian bowl/burrito. I know it's a hot-take, but I would take avocados over chicken here any day. Try it out!Lastly, the other day they were playing some chill/calming music in the dining area, but you could totally overhear the kitchen staff blasting High School Musical as they were doing closing activities and it have me a good chuckle.Keep on keeping on Chipotle, we're all in this together ;)
I’ve never seen staff that don’t care about their jobs as much as this place. The place wasn’t that busy at all, I overheard a couple of employees talking about how they got this mobile order that wasn’t supposed to have sour cream on it and I saw one of the employees put sour cream on it. One of the other employees said to that person “hey it says no sour cream and you just put sour cream” and the person who made the order just laughed and said he wasn’t remaking it. Super lazy, especially to say in front of other customers that you aren’t going to remake someone’s incorrect order. On top of that, the staff were pretty unfriendly and rude towards me and the other people standing in the line. It was so obvious that no one who works there really wants to work there.
What is stopping chipotle from mixing the burritos before they get wrapped? It is entirely underwhelming to eat a chipotle burrito after being accustomed to the mixing fashion by Pancheros.
This was a very solid Chipotle. Great food just like any other Chipotle, but this one had exceptional service. Very nice staff and a clean restaurant. They could accommodate our whole frisbee team with no problem and move us through the line quickly. Much appreciated. Thanks Chipotle!
Love ordering in-person at this store but over 1/2 of the delivery orders we make do not come accurately. We are always missing chips and guac or missing added guac on a bowl and are still charged for it.
I come here often and have generally had good experiences. This restaurant definitely gets slammed during the lunch hour, and they often seem short staffed. Today I was there eating a burrito bowl at lunch, and I discovered a LONG DARK HAIR that I had to pull out from deep within my food. The place was packed and staff seemed overwhelmed, so I decided to leave feedback here as well as on Chipotle's website rather than adding to the chaos, but I figured something should be said for future customers' sake and improvement of sanitation in their facility...
The food is good and service is awesome!
