The food was really good but not everything on the menu is available. Wanted the Big Momma Potato then was told they no longer served it due to not being able to get potatoes. They also ran out of pulled chicken, bbq ribs, and fish by 5:40 pm. But the flavor is On mark and the best tasting in Columbia.
Traveling across country and we were so tired of mediocre food, found this gem online and fixed our problem! Fabulous barbq and we will be back next time we are passing through. I had a pulled pork sandwich: Excellent!! My daughter had the brisket sandwich, also Excellent. I was thrilled with the fried okra, better than Mother’s! You all know what you are doing and do it so well, we wish you all the best with your restaurant.
We loved all the food at the Garth Avenue location. Our visit to the new location on Paris Rd was very disappointing. Got there around 5pm and they were already out of baked beans and the ribs were lacking in flavor. Big Boy Burger was a big disappointment also. I know everyone has an off day. But we will probably not be back.
I've been to the new location on Paris road 3 times now. The pulled pork, brisket, and wings are great. The ribs are fantastic and that sauce is so addicting. If you haven't been, you need to rectify that immediately.
Delicious! We had the pulled pork sandwich and the pulled chicken sandwich. Best BBQ I’ve had in a long time. I’ve had their catered meals before also and they were delicious too. Highly recommend.
Absolutely fantastic! They were busy both times I went this past week, but the line moved very quickly as the food was freshly prepared and in pans for them to make your plate. Generous portions. Bbq sauce is great!
Not impressed. Could not get our food out when eating with a party of six. 2 people in our party waited more than 15 minutes. Wife's pulled chicken sandwich had a chicken bone included. Pork steak was dry.
Awesome dinner all around. Our party has brisket, pork steak, pulled pork and ribs. Delicious. Had sauce on the side which was a good choice. Sides great. Will get dessert next time. Sweet tea was perfect. Got there early.
Excellent food. Friendly staff. Clean environment. That’s what you want and you’ll get there here. Plus a nice woman outside asked if we enjoyed the food while we’re leaving. I’m guessing she was an owner.
Just had a great "Soul Food" lunch at Big Daddy's BBQ. Smothered Pork chop, blackeye peas, sweet potatoes, cooked cabbage, greens and fish. Awesome employees and food. .
