Coldest and freshest Bud Light tap in Tampa Stadium area....food is always hot and fresh....clean bar, clean bathrooms, great happy hour with apps half price till 16:00. Great afternoon vibe b4 the commute!
I would give 0 stars if I could. Almost an hour after we had sat down and placed our orders (1 kids meal and 3 adult meals) we still did not have our food. Our waitress never came to check on us, another one did twice. We were told there was some kind of issue with one of the orders but not exactly what it was and no communication as to if we could change the order to something that would take less time. We ended up just canceling the order and leaving. Also note: this was not during a busy time at the restaurant.
I was craving a burger and Applebee's was around the corner from where I am staying. I ordered to go at the bar. The bartender was very nice. My burger on the other hand was the saltiest thing I've ever eaten. It was inedible. I'm not very happy with my meal at all.
Poor Service, Waited Forever to be Seated...Then, After Waiting So Long; Went to Bar to Place Order...Wasn't Offered a Special Drink (Margarita) And Seen After I Placed My Order That if it Wasn't Suggested, U Would Receive a Free Order Of Mozzarella Sticks...Addressed This, Only for the Waitress to Catch & Attitude...Asked For a Manager, Waited forever Only BECAUSE the Waitress Had to Pleed Her Case First...Manager Came Out, Only to be Nonchalant About the Whole thing & Refuse to Give Me What they Were advertising
I came in late. They didn't miss a beat. Pro staff. Nice and easy. Highly recommended
We visited this establishment on a Sunday afternoon passing through Columbia, MO after my daughter's softball tournament. We didn't want fast food and wanted to sit down as a family and enjoy a good meal... there were hardly any customers in the establishment which at first we viewed as a plus, thinking hey we shouldn't have much of a wait... that was not the case, it took 20 mins to receive 3 drinks and we had to wait an additional time for my daughter's shake... then it took an additional 50+ mins to receive our food and mind you there was only 4 groups of people in the entire establishment, the place was practically empty and one group which arrived after us got their food before we did... we waited well over an hour before our food arrived. I requested to speak to the manager who offered an apology and we received our meals free only having to pay for our drinks... I appreciated the offer from the manager and accepted but honestly a free meal wasn't the goal we just wanted a good meal and some quality service and that did not happen, any tournaments in the future this place will not be an option for us.
Good drinks, good food. I simply wish our server/bartender was a little quicker with our drinks(we were halfway thru our appetizers in a non busy time when the app came). Aside from that. Great place!
There was no wait time, very fast seating, and very polite service. The food was Okay. I got a bourbon street stake that was made to perfection and good, but my wife's meal was not done the way we asked. She got a steak that was supposed to be well done, but it was rare. The second concern we had was there was a couple beside us that were arguing very loudly that made us uncomfortable. Maybe we will try it again in the future, but just wasn't a good experience.
Horrible. Went there with my daughter & granddaughter. Food was way undercooked & bad ingredients (seemed like very old food was used). When they attempted to bring out a "corrected" plate, they were going to charge us for both the initial one AND the corrected one. The waitress was extremely undertrained & the entire establishment looked to be short staffed & ill-equipped to handle just a few customers. Outside of trying to charge us double for their poor food, they made no effort to make up for the poor overall experience. We ate absolutely none of the food, paid for our beverages & left. I will never bring my family there again.
Average food that is a bit overpriced. Service is case by case, but you get the typical restaurant chain experience. Better to visit some mom and pop restaurants, and Columbia is full of them.
