Been there before. Wasnt to bad. Today it really sucked. My coworker n myself order the gyros. They was greasy n nasty. When i sad something. All the owner could do is say was sorry. Grease was dripping off the meat. The pita was soaked. In grease. And was chewy.
The food was average at best. It tasted like a slightly better version of a frozen dinner you can get from the grocery store. The waitress was friendly, but service was minimal. The interior has an older vibe if you are into that. It is possible that I go back to see if their gyros are any good.
Love eating here. Great food at great prices.
Eh. 90 dollars for 4 adults. Mediocre food at best. I was one of 4 adults who met here for lunch we had one app and 4 entrees. The shrimp wasn't crunchy it was hard. The best part was the salad bar. I got the ticket, looked at it and couldn't translate the waitresses hand writing so I went to the register to pay. The guy working the register seemed like he was working the buttons for an awfully long time. When he was finally done he said the total was 90 something dollars. I asked him about it and told him that seemed really high. He got rude like he was offended and showed me a receipt but it had nothing but numbers on it. I did end up paying more out of not wanting to create a situation than anything. I'm not sure I'll be back. Again, it's pretty expensive for mediocre food.
My wife and I love both G n D's here in Como and we love to support local businesses so we went to Angelos bc we heard they are all in the same family. Well Food was ok. Our waitress was nice but when we went to pay the man who took our payment did not speak to us at all except to ask if we wanted a receipt. What I love most about G n D is the way the owners talk to you and ask how your doing and how your meal was. Like you matter. Like they are actually greatful for your business. I asked the man if he was the owner, as I assumed he was, he said yes, I am one of them. That was it. We thanked and tipped our waitress and left. Back to the G n Ds we go! We wont be back to Angelos!
This is the type of place that seems like it may be a hidden gem, until you walk in. Then it feels exactly like the restaurants that Gordon Ramsey tries to save on one of his TV shows. I understand being short staffed but that can't excise how customers are treated, the quality if food served and the time it takes to serve the food. All of which were sub par. The food is mediocre at best. The pizza was blank, the gyro tasted like the meat was tainted and the open faced roast beef sandwich was nothing more than pre packaged beef, instant mashed potatoes and canned brown gravy that was so old it it was clotted on my plate. I will say the green beans though were quite good.The time it took to serve my family of 5 was close to an hour in a fairly empty restaurant.I have a feeling they know their food and service is not acceptable because as I was going tupelo to pay the ticket did not have any prices on it, it was the actual ticket the waitress took our order with. I don't know of I was charged properly or not. Not once did the man (who acted and looked like the owner or manager) did not one time ask if everything was alright or how the food was or service or our experience. He asked no questions, which leads me to believe that he already knows its not a good restaurant. It is always disappointing when you spend over $100 for an unpleasant experience. Highly disappointed and would not recommend this to anyone.

Becareful of the person who cooks his name is angel i went to pick up an order from grubhub am a driver partner and he messaged me without my consent that one night and started harassing me and got me in problems with my husband . People like this shouldn't be working there .
First visit to this establishment and I was greeted heartily. I informed them I have never eaten here so I was given a menu. I ordered the chicken fried chicken dinner and when I was served a pre-breaded chicken breast I thought the worst: a dried out leathery hunk of minced chicken. While it was clearly a frozen, pre-breaded chicken breast it was still juicy and was surprisingly okay. Adding mashed potatoes, green beans and corn and texas toast made it worthwhile. For home style comfort food I was feeling pretty good. I will be back to try other menu items.
