Place is usually really good but this 4th of July afternoon the girl at the window got our order wrong then got a attitude with us because of her mistake. Then she forgot to give us all spoons so when we asked for spoons and she got even more of a attitude and accused of us lien about not getting spoons. Mind blown right now! ???
The blonde lady working the window had me leaving in tears. I had gone to 2 places before Andy’s to grab ice cream for kids in the back. Panera was closed. McDonald’s machine was broken. I had Apple Pay, but Andy’s doesn’t take Apple Pay. So I give her the photo of card I’m using to manually input (I didn’t travel w wallet since first 2 places I was trying to visit take Apple Pay). She didn’t have the patience to deal w it and I asked to please give me a chance to get her another card since this is the 3rd place I’ve visited. She said bye have a good day and shut the window in my face…I felt so humiliated. I drove off with my order just sitting on the counter.Took my business across the street and no issues with my Apple pay on that card. She just got inpatient and didn’t want work with me.
Hard to top Andy's when it comes to frozen treats. A little pricey but the service is great and the flavors are excellent.

Best frozen custard ever! So e many choices hard to chose!!
We went here on a whim looking for ice cream on our way to pick up dinner and it did not disappoint. I have never had frozen custard like this before! It exceed my expectations and the service was super friendly to a couple of out-of-towners.
Delicious ice cream! Never fails my sweet tooth. However after visiting on 5/6 at 10:18pm I had some concerns Typically you order at the window and wait but this time they had a young worker in the back with an ipad. They were alone taking our order and there was only one small light. Columbia is not the safest area and I do not advise it is safe for that worker to be back there alone
Fun place. Excellent desserts.Very clean and a great lifesized menu to peruse. Though, be warned: no burgers here!

Rancid experience. Asked for an ice cream cone and the girl at the window said “we dont serve ice cream, we got custard though” with a snarky tone. it was an honest mistake and it practically taste the same. I will be going over to the mcdonalds drive thru from now on. she really bit my toes with this experience. i didnt want yalls overpriced custard anyways. yall dont even got strawberry custard???
