Nice people and a great location. The tacos were delicious. I had to walking tacos and two chorizo and they were amazing.
The bartender was very kind, helpful, and attentive. She was really working hard to make sure everyone got what they needed! They have gluten free options available for people with celiac.
Such a cool atmosphere!Bar in the back.Tables ranging in size throughout.Sloppy Disco Fries App was amazing.Drinks, drinkable with flare. Tacos are 3-4 bite. Two on each order. Shared a couple and am FULL. Soft tortillas filled with fun ingredients.
We love Disco Fries so much! Once we got past the app, we then got to the perfectly crafted tacos and cocktails. 44 Canteen features some pretty innovative items throughout. Finally, despite being understaffed, the service was wonderful

I met a friend for lunch today. We picked 44 Canteen. Wow. The nachos and 4 different kinds of tacos later we were stuffed. I am writing this review as I eat the leftovers. Incredible. I drove 2 hours to try this place and it was totally worth it!
I absolutely love this place. The menu is spectacular. They have great specials. The tacos, you must have. The service is usually great, especially when you get Nathan! All around great place for a date night and/or friends night out!
This was my first time at 44 Canteen, but I will definitely be back again! My new favorite place to eat in downtown Columbia... maybe even all of Como! They have some great American style "Mexican" food. The sloppy disco fries, nachos, and sloppy jose tacos were great. Their drinks were really good too, I got whatever the spicy ones were and YUM!
Arrived with family after house closing excited to enjoy a celebratory meal and drink.Service was very slow and poor waited ten minutes to order a drink. Once asked what the beers available are I was told get you and take a look at the bar (8 drafts ) in all my travels I’ve never experienced such poor service at a slow restaurant.Food came out and was less than expected.Two stars just for the atmosphere and decor.
