This place has become a joke. Ordered via app and showed order ready at 1:35pm. Reached there on time and the person hadn’t even started making it. They still kept taking other orders and when asked for my order they were extremely rude. After waiting additional 30 minutes we finally got our sandwich only to see they messed up all 4 sandwiches. And I would still like to emphasize that they were extremely extremely rude in a scenario where it was not our fault at all.

Worst place to get sandwiches.1. Unhygienic - sandwiches were made without wearing hand gloves.2. Super slow service - placed an online order like 30 mins ago. And when I arrived here. The order was not ready. On top of that the staff was taking walk-in orders and prepared their orders first even though we mentioned about placing our order like 30 mins ago.3. Staff is not friendly and don’t know how to behave with customer.4. Request to the store manager - Seriously I feel like the staff needs to go training.5. I have lot of negative reviews but nothing has changed so far.Note for customers - if you have enough time and patience to wait for your order and deal with the staff. This is the best place you could ever find.

So disappointed. We placed an online order for pick up at 11:30. We did not get our sandwiches until noon. Waited for 30 minutes for 4 sandwiches. When we got there, their fountain drink machine was down, no pickles, no fries, barely any chips, wraps weren't thawed so we had to change an order and my sandwich is missing sauce and avocado. Staff were trying their best but I would say this is a management issue. On a previous time there to pick up a similar order, the order was ready late again due to only one staff person being there to handle all orders.

Sandwiches are typically really good. Service at this location is AWFUL!! The employees have absolutely no personality. They look miserable to be there, and like the customers are a nuicense. They are suppose to serve French fries, but apparently an employee broke the machine and they just aren't getting it fixed. I had to wait my entire 30 minute lunch break and was late getting back to work because the employees have absolutely NO hustle in them. They really need to completely restart this place. I will not be coming back here! It's too bad, because if they got it together, they could probably be very successful!!

A very bizarre evening, it started with an employee walk out and ended with an employee threatening a customer. I normally don't like to leave negative reviews but I would hate for someone to have the experience our group did. I went in with a group of 6. The employee working the register decided to quit right after an older gentleman behind me ordered. That employee just bailed without saying anything. The other employee came back in the store and was left to deal with making 7 sandwiches. (He had briefly stepped out while my order was being taken.) Initially, I had a great deal of empathy for the employee that was left working but that eventually changed. The employee was kind and asked us to be patient. We were determined to wait it out since we had already paid. It was taking a great deal of time for him to make just one sandwich and the gentleman that was after our 6 sandwiches asked for his money back because he didn't want to wait. The employee was somewhat defensive and said he was doing the best he can and the two had a mildly heated back and forth confrontation until the customer decided to leave without his sandwich. Fast forward about 15 minutes later and the employee is still working on sandwich 2. It seemed the employee was quite confused, he kept asking us questions about the sandwiches, yet we were determined to wait this out. Around this time the other customer that had left came back and said he wanted his money back. The employee told him he didn't owe him anything because he had left already. The customer asked our group to tell the employee that he had paid and never got his sandwich. We all vouched for him but the employee didn't seem to acknowledge that. A few members of our group tried to mediate the situation as both gentleman were exchanging words. I told the customer to just dispute the charges on his credit card and he should be able to get his money back. Both gentleman continued to argue. It escalated to the point that the employee told the customer he would not hesitate to shoot him. This was the breaking point for our group. We decided to collect our things and we told the guy not to worry about our sandwiches. We were there for nearly an hour and left with 2 out of 6 sandwiches. As a less concerning side note: we all were charged for sodas even though we just had water off the fountain (The soda portion of the fountain was broken) We messaged Which Wich headquarters about this whole ordeal but haven't heard back yet. I hope we are able to get our money back and Which Wich is able to resolve the issues that are occurring at this location.

6 TIMES IN A ROW THEY MESSED UP MY ORDER!!! The past two times I've ordered a Large and have been given a small. 4 times prior to that they didn't add the bacon they charged me for. 6 TIMES IN A ROW I'VE PAID ADDITIONAL MONEY AND HAVEN'T BEEN GIVEN WHAT I'VE ORDED. One of these times I watched an employee quit leaving one girl who was on her second shift by herself! this young girl had over 20 orders in front of her. 6 of 10 people waiting in the restaurant for their food left without it. I then had to go through all the orders and figure out who was still there and who left because this young girl was going to continue to make all the orders. I feel bad for the employee's here but management is terrible and you guys owe me a few free sandwich's. Please reach out over email and we can coordinate how I can collect the gift cards/free sandwich's. 6 TIMES IN A ROW!!!!! The people I'm with all have their orders correct so I keep telling myself "It can't keep happening to me". 6 TIMES IN A ROW!!!!

Sandwich was wrong even after confirming that the condiment I wanted would be added. When I asked if they put it on they didn’t know what I was talking about. So they gave me a side of it in a container. Waited 45 minutes to have the order wrong. The workers were completely incompetent and understaffed. If you’re into waiting exorbitant amounts of time for sandwiches that aren’t done correctly then this is your place. Highly recommend going somewhere else.

The staff at this particular location are extremely incompetent, and made for such a bad experience that I will not be dining at any Wich Wich locations again. I stood waiting for over 30 minutes for one sandwich, and there weren't more than 5 people in the restaurant. They continued to work through online orders as their only real-life patron sat there an incredibly long time for *one sandwich*. Here's a business tip - maybe consider hiring competent employees who understand basic efficiencies, or your stores will continue to close. Embarrassing.

I went in the other day to get a sandwich, and they only had one person working. There was only one or two orders in front of me. I allowed 5 or 10 minutes in my day, but it ended up taking over 35 MINUTES! I ended up being late to my next thing because of it. Food was fine, but not worth the wait.

Went in and ordered two sandwiches. We noticed both orders were wrong when we got home. Not just a little something missing, we’re talking an entire list of condiments. It is very frustrating when this happens and we ended up with two very expensive sandwiches that didn’t look anything like what we had ordered and basically contained very little. Nothing on the main website to leave comments or feedback. We will try the competition instead next time.
