Food was done quickly and accurately. Window people professional, yet friendly. Best burger and fries I have had in at least 5 years from a Wendy's. I went into store afterwards just to tell the employees about the great job they are doing. This location is further from my home then the Ballwin store, however the food and personnel here are 100% better than the Ballwin store.
Sat inside zero access issues with service dog. My food was hot, delicious, and just as I ordered. Inside was clean and well maintained.
I've been here before, and my thoughts very. The food is amazing! But when I got ice cream and nuggets they gave me spicy instead of regular and no spoon.
Food was fresh and hot but they forgot a sandwich honest mistake. Drive thru worker needs to be a little more nicer, I felt rushed and didn't even repeat my order back to me to make sure everything was correct.
Every chance I get on my cheat day because I'm on a diet. LOL that sounds so funny. But I love their baconators. Tomorrow I'm going to try there breakfast baconators.
Ordered two items and only received one of them. The manager was of little help since they used a 3rd party delivery service. They are "not" obligated to refund all fees associated with the deliveries. This is what it has come to. We should only expect businesses to provide the service they are obligated to provide; customer satisfaction be damned.
They have a sign on the door saying their dining room is not open. We wanted a place to be able to go in and sit down, not just drive thru. We are traveling and have no place to take it. Drive thru is not always an acceptable substitute for dine-in. Drive thru only places are going to lose business.
Good burger...large fries was more like a medium and not as hot as usual.
Better than they have been. New fries are much better.
