We made a reservation while our family of 4 was visiting here for the weekend. We arrived 11 min late for the reservation. They told us their company policy was 10 minutes and that we now went to the back of the line as if we had just walked in. There were max 7 people waiting. Based on how the mall surrounding the restaurant is crumbling, they shouldn't be turning business away. We took our money elsewhere. 54th street has better food and service anyway.
My fiancé and I visited the cheesecake factory and absolutely enjoyed ourselves! Our server and bartender Savannah made us feel welcome right away and expertly served us drink and food while waiting on several other customers as well. We never felt rushed or ignored and our food was delicious! I would have taken pictures of the cheesecake slices we ordered (tiramisu and pineapple upside down) but we devoured those quickly.
Santa Fe Salad - Marinated Chicken, Fresh Corn, Black Beans, Cheese, Tortilla Strips, Tomato and Romaine with a Spicy Peanut-Cilantro Vinaigrette. This is very large! It can be enough for two people! Baja Chicken Tacos - Soft Corn Tortillas Filled with Mildly Spicy Chicken, Cheese, Tomato, Avocado, Onion, Chipotle and Cilantro. Served with Rice and Beans. This is very good! Service was good, kept the water glass full. There is plenty of parking since Chesterfield Mall is dead. I remember years ago, at times there was no place to park.
The cheesecake factory located in Chesterfield Missouri. The staff was amazing the food was good the parking lot had plenty of parking and I had a good time. Our server was on point with our orders. I will return,Gloria ~
I wasn't at all impressed with the customer service here. I wanted to order one slice of cheesecake to go. After walking in, I stood there for a little while before the man behind the hostess stand even acknowledged me. I continued to stand there waiting, and without even looking up at me, the man said he would be with me shortly, he was looking down at something the whole time. After a while, he finally looked up at me and asked what he could do for me. I told him I wanted cheesecake to go, then he pointed in another direction and told me I needed to go order it at the bakery.I walked over to the bakery and there was a blonde woman behind the counter, she looked flustered and had a displaced look on her face. No welcome, she just looked at me. I told her hello, and that I wanted to order a slice of cheesecake to go. She sternly said "which one". I told her what I wanted, and without any further communication she filled my order. She didn't look happy at all, she definitely had an attitude and looked like she didn't want to be there working.Such a shame because my cheesecake tasted awesome. I had the Reese's Chocolate Cake Cheesecake and I absolutely loved it.If I ever find myself in the area again, I can't say I'd ever come back here again after the poor customer service I received on my visit.
The waiter was rude she gave us the wrong packets we asked for the yellow she gave us pink packets and she slammed my daughters drink on the table and walked off when we tried to get her to refill our drink. When she finally refilled our tea she spilled it on the table and just walked off. He ended up having to talk to the manager and moved tables where we finally got a new nice waiter. The old waiter comes up to gives us our food and we heard her speak for the first time. The old waiter was talking to other people but not us. The new waiter was nice and checked up on us and wasn’t rude. Thank you to the new waiter you deserve the tip.
This was my first time going to the Cheesecake Factory (our granddaughter wanted to go). I was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and reasonably priced. Very generous portions. The lemon meringue cheesecake was outstanding. Our waiter was friendly and attentive. Convenient location. Thoroughly enjoyed our experience and we will definitely go again.
Long way to wait, but is definitely worth every minute! Very tasteful, very large plates. Definitely recommend
My first time at the Cheesecake Factory. It's a huge place, decorated almost Moroccan style. There was a two hour wait but thankfully we just wanted a slice of cheesecake and were to order from the bakery and go. This cheesecake is divine by the way. I had the strawberry cheesecake and my daughter and chocolate mousse. So decadent and rich, I almost couldn't eat a whole slice but I found a way ?. And there's two pages of different cheesecakes and desserts. It is pricy tho, one slice is between $8-$10. But we paid for the experience and enjoyed it.
The food was amazing, but our waiter was pretty rude until the end when he was probably working for a great tip. Sorry to disappoint.
