Very rude staff with bad attitude.They had the door open at 10pm and so I walked in & ordered food through the kiosk.One of the staff members started yelling at me telling me he isn't going to serve me while me trying to explain to him that the door was open and I already ordered food through the kiosk.
Food was good. Attendant taking orders was a nice person. Had a pleasant attitude.
Super busy dive through with a long line. Every person I interacted with was pleasant and kind. Best of all they got my order correct and to me very quickly… even with my special request of no sour cream! You guys rock!!
We have had bad experiences here since the pandemic began but excused it. But it’s still awful. My daughter ordered food last week and overhead a co-worker insulting her as ‘a fat a**’ and worse. It’s as if they hired rude, disinterested staff and then hired all their rude, disinterested friends. And they make no attempt to stay open according to their posted hours…we’ve been in line twice when they simply turn off all the lights and refuse to respond.
Went thru drive thru at 8:30pm on a Tuesday and they wouldn't take our order. Claimed they are only taking door dash orders.
Gabriel is the absolute best! He is so kind and always a friendly face to see. Though I come for the tacos, I'm always happy too see him! Also I always ask for no tomatos and they always remember to do it, which, as a tomato hater, I greatly appreciate. ?
I was really in the mood for a Coke, but it was late and most of the fast food restaurants were already closed. I knew Taco Bell had Pepsi products, but a taco and quesadilla sounded good, so I pulled up to the drive thru. Wished I'd tried the Pepsi before driving home since it was awful and (like I said) the reason I was ordering in the first place. I tried a second sip before throwing it away and getting a Coke from a gas station.
Drive a bigger truck. Three different cars tried to get inside to order and it was closed yet there were about 4 kids playing inside with sleeping bags on 4/16 @630pm. We were not trying to done in. Just trying to order bc they don't let you walk up.
Brand new joint but they just can't seem to get it together lol other day they didn't have mild legs!!!!!! Menu board only shows 3 combos lol it's always something
