This was quite a different and unusual Starbucks experience as it seems the staff is not well trained and outsourced. They did not have any of the 3 food/snack options I asked for and it took a while to get them to understand what I’m trying to order for a drink. (It was a standard and easy drink, promise!) None the less, overall the staff were friendly and helpful.

I genuinely feel sorry for these workers. They don't have all the bells and whistles of a full Starbucks. It's not their fault. The sandwich I wanted wasn't available, even tho it was in the window, and my fiance's drip coffee was lukewarm. If you're going to call yourself a Starbucks, it'd be good to make sure your shop actually functions like one.
I had my usual strawberry acai refresher with apple juice.....did not disappoint!
At least three employees and they decided to close the store at 3:00 PM, when the store should be open until late. I see it’s a common thing for these employees to decide and close the store without notice.
I don't recommend to have a coffee there. No ApplePay, coffee taste is bad and it is served cold.

An outdoor location with seating near. If hot, cold, or weather, you can take your order inside. It's at an open outlet center that I wouldn't go out of my way to get there.
