It doesn't seem right to me to handle food in this way. Starbucks must take care of its hygiene. I have owned a restaurant and I know the hygiene rules and this is not allowed. This employee has all her hair on her face and the hair can fall into the food.Another thing I don't understand is that they have the bins in the bathrooms full to the brim when it's only eight in the morning. Very disappointed.

I came in here in search of a St. Louis mug from the Been There Series collection. I found exactly what I was looking for! The barista was VERY friendly.
Friendly staff but the wait is always very long. Expect to wait 15 minutes every time for your drink.

I am afraid to say that this place has been taken over by mask nazis. Do not go here unless you want to be declined service for not wearing a face mask while being surrounded by people sitting down with their masks off. Mind you, this is despite there being no legal mask mandate in St. Louis county and despite the Chesterfield city officials announcing they will not enforce any mandates coming from the county.
My drink was just almond milk and coffee they forgot the chocolate to make it a chocolate shaken espresso. I didn't go back the wait was long enough
