Went in today and attempted to order a nitro with salted caramel cold foam. I ended up with a caramel creamed coffee. Foam in any coffee if supposed to sit on top, even in the pictures it’s on top. I requested the barista to remake it and after getting the run around for 5 minutes she finally agreed. The remakes were worse than the originals. Zero foam, zero layering. When I questioned that I kept getting excuses about the heavy cream. Please be able to provide consistency and execute on your menu. If you can’t make it properly please don’t try.
I have ordered Caramel Crunch Frappe with extra caramel and crunch. They made it the quote opposite. There is no caramel and crunch at all. I asked them by looking at it and they said it’s inside and they are wrong. Not happy with what they made for me.
Staff was very nice and accommodating. This was a very busy location but the staff was able to keep up. I was pretty impressed. Drinks were great!
They were sooooooo busy. And pleasant and accurate. My white mocha was delish as were my egg bites! I don't usually go to this location... I may start making it my regular go to!!!

I got drive thru and while they were busy the barista seemed curt and rude.My drink was excellent, but the barista's attitude was not.
Very slow drive through experience. Took over thirty minutes for a handful of cars; about 6-8 minutes per car. Did a mobile order, They had to ask me what I ordered and it was not ready when I finally got to the window. I highly recommend going inside.
They made my daughter a delicious birthday drink that wasn't on the menu! Thanks so much for making her day extra special
Today (Saturday) at 5 pm, drive thru was closed and there were no employees inside, yet their Google profile hours show they are open until 9 pm. At the very least, they need to update the app and their hours to show they are closed...I didn't see a sign with any explanation either. I've been to this location before and drive thru is super slow anyways with lower quality drinks, so I guess this is one more reason to stop frequenting this location.
Who manages this location? I arrived tonight at 4:40 and there was a sign that said they were closing at 5 and an employee was angrily putting cones up and trying to tell people to turn around. I’m sorry, when you work at a place like this and you close “at 5” you have to expect to serve someone who pulls up at 4:49- that’s just how it works in food/retail. I’m going to chalk this up to poor management because everyone working inside seemed pleasant enough and the drinks were good. But it’s really ridiculous to pull up 20 minutes before close and someone tries to turn you away. For the record, we got through the line in about 12 minutes- PLENTY of time before close.
