0-3. That’s how well this place has done on our past several take-out orders. Each time something was prepared wrong or just not put in our bag. Quality control is definitely lacking.
Been here 5+ times in the last 3 years. Only had positive experiences so far.I add extras to my salads and sandwiches, they have never missed it.
It's decent food. But what's the point in ordering ahead, when the order isn't ready? It was just bakery items!!!!Order at least 30 minutes before you plan to arrive for pick up.
My order was incorrect, but it was close enough to still enjoy. Very hard to find when you search for Panera using voice to talk while driving through and nothing comes up, even though this is virtual Panera with a specialized name. Found it on accident while getting gas.
I love bread Co. That being said this location doesn't have the brightest Crayolas.
We have been loyal customers since the day you opened. We have eaten countless breakfasts, lunches, and dinners—ask Patty, our favorite employee. Tonight we ordered pickup, tuna salad sandwiches, vegetable soup, Asian salad. We got a smear of tuna salad on dry, stale bread, butternut squash soup not vegetable, and a pitiful salad of mostly lettuce spines, a couple of shreds of chicken, lots of wonton, and a few almonds. I took a picture of the inside of the sandwich. It doesn’t show how dry the bread was. What has happened to you? So disappointed. Susan and Norm Moenkhaus
Very friendly staff, the kitchen prepares the food well (visually and taste-wise), the space is clean, drinks are well stocked, cozy atmosphere, and prices in-line with expectations. Lunch was great here. Couldn't ask for more.Grilled Mac and Cheese sandwich, Turkey Chili, and chips. Excellent!

Seem to be out of ingredients these days. No red onion for my Steak & White Cheddar Panini.
After putting in my order the manager on duty walks by and tells me it will be a 30 minute wait for food. It would have been nice to know that before I ordered. They were more worried about getting out the online orders than even getting one order out to the people dining in. I finally asked someone working there after 30 minutes and who was cleaning the tables and she mumbled something and walked away. We seriously cannot take our family out to Panera anymore due to the lack of staff and the cost.
