My 2 yr old, 4 yr old, and 10 yr old would not eat the kids menu burger... so I ate them and I thought they were average.I had the brisket bacon burger with fried egg. Amazing, but not worth the $20 for the meal.Inside tables have laminate peeling off and nails sticking out.Bathrooms were disgusting. Somewhere between a gas station and a McDonald's bathroom.
Love smash burger and blindly came in due to other experiences. Throughly disappointed in the quality of food and lack there off. 3 napkins in trying to dry out the dripping grease off the fries and I’m nauseous. The burger was the same way. If you can find a Five Guys you’re much better off.
First time here. I got the bacon smash burger , my husband got the brisket and bacon. They were presented beautifully. My burger was delicious. My husbands burger could’ve used a bit more flavor. Maybe a sauce on the side or more seasoning to the actual meat.I think the only other thing was the limit on napkins. There were no napkins. And when we received our meals there were 2 napkins each on our trays. I even went to the bathroom to grab a few paper towels, there were absolutely none in there either.Other than that, I enjoyed the meal and I would go back.
Fries were greasy, burgers came wrong but ate them anyhow. Inside is very worn down and unkept. Needs a remodel. Tables all need to be repaired.
Went to this smash burger last night. We were able to order quickly. Wait was 45 minutes and food was absolutely horrible. My husband and my burgers were so cold the cheese didn’t melt and they were over cooked and dried out. Tots and FF were barely warm. How ever our sons and Grandsons food was perfect. All ordered at same time on same ticket. I don’t know how this is possible. People were complaining about to go orders how long it was taking, but if they got home to the same kind of food we were served I’m sure the calls or come back were well warranted.I will NEVER be back to this smash burger.
Please avoid this place. Unfortunately due to worker shortages they were unable to fulfill my order. I waited for an hour and a half and didn't receive food that I ordered online and paid for via the Smashburger website. I'm not blaming the workers that were there and totally understand the challenges. My issue is that I reached out to corporate 3 times and have not received a refund for food that I did not receive. Hopefully they can get the staffing issues worked out at the restaurant as I believe this is a good place and the workers that were there that day were working their hardest to fulfill orders shorthanded. Unfortunately due to corporate unresponsiveness for a refund, I have to give my experience a low rating. After the response from the owner, I sent an email as requested and never heard back. I also submitted another request via the website (my 4th) and never heard back, I also called the representative that called me to say I was getting a refund, and I never heard back.
Placed an order online before you even opened as a future order. When I got there my order just wasn’t there and there was nothing they could do. They didn’t even try to let me reorder they just dismissed me and moved onto the next in line. They charged my card but had no record of my order. Then when I called to make sure I would be refunded they wouldn’t answer the phone. The man upfront needs a lot more training because he was completely useless and just kept telling me someone else’s name and order
Excellent Place. I highly recommend it. A+++++++
Unfortunately, this visit was quite disappointing. The building needs maintenance (front door difficult to open, holes/dents in walls from tables, toilet wouldn’t flush, paper towel machine not functioning.) The food could have been decent enough, but it sure wasn’t. Just for a burger and fries, (no drink) the cost was over $13. That’s fine if it’s good. The top burger bun was nearly refrigerator cold. The meat was warm, however. The fries were room temp and obviously old. Did I talk to someone? No. Service was also lacking. My advice: Not far from this place is a hip, local cafe with about the best burgers in town for almost exactly the same price. Check out The Wolf Cafe and order the Joe burger. (Grass-fed beef, nitrate-free bacon, and cooked to order with air-fried tator tots) That’s what I usually do, but thought I’d give Smashburger a try.
Easy ordering online, great food. Only problem is they need another person handing out online food orders & not use the cashier for the restaurant. It's causes a back up of people eating in the restaurant plus a line for pickup which equal cold food when you get home. Nobody likes to reheat fries.
