Great family restaurant been coming here for over 20 years
Just wanted to let you know - I was at R&C's this past week, then to the Pizza shop the next day - I have been passing by these places for 5 years now and never went inMy mistakeSo, my first order was the Baked Lasagna and there was so much I took it home where I ate on it for two more meals! Huge portion and the sauces were so rich and creamy. DeliciousI had the Chicken Parm at the pizza place and it was SO good. You will be seeing more of me.This is a good corner for food, that's for sure.
Have been a customer of Rich and Charlie's for 40+ years and have ordered Rich & Charlie's Pizza many, many times over the years as well. Recently, we brought some pizzas home and it really was subpar compared to the consistent quality we have always experienced. I texted the number on the receipt and explained the situation and actually received a CALL from the manager two days later (they told me to call the restaurant directly if it happens again). They comped my next order and I told them I didn't even want a free order—was just providing feedback but they insisted. Just the fact that they care, CALLED me, and offered to make it right is WAY BEYOND what most restaurants do. Kudos, and I will be ordering again very soon!
Modest Italian place to have a quiet delicious meal with your dear one. The place has few seating so will suggest calling in ahead at peak times. The staff is very attentive and delightful. The menu is elaborate with many options to choose from different pasta sauces and combinations. The service was quick and the food was delicious.
Small place for Dine in. Food was served fast, tasted Ok. Not the best Italian food.
We regularly get pizza from the pizza end of the restaurant. It is always consistently GREAT St. Louis style pizza. Some other pizza places vary from order to order, but this is always excellent. The house salads are a must get.
Got into town late and my daughter was looking for a place to get toasted ravioli. She found this place on the phone. What a great find. Great service, friendly staff. The food was amazing. No wait for a at around 8:30pm when we arrived...but the next day when I tried to go back at the around 6pm there was a long wait.
We arrived just before closing time after a busy day of college tours. The Rich and Charlie's crew were so gracious and welcoming. Amber was our server and did a terrific job of taking care of us. The Chicken Afredo was excellent, husband loved the pasta with livers and my OBG was tasty and light. Salads were fresh and cold and the cannoli for dessert was yummy.What really made the visit, though, was Amber. She was chatty, friendly and fun to visit with. A real asset to the Rich and Charlie's team. We'll be back.
Horrible customer service. They give you the wrong order and don’t care. The manager doesn’t care if you come back or not. It used to be a great place until recently. Would not waste time or money here again
Usually good, but sauce were inconsistent this time. Flavor still good, just not creamy. Service was great as always
