went there Sunday for a burger me and my wife. we had excellent service and food was top notch. im happy with the service and food. great burgers.

Service was good. Food was okay for most of the party, my fries were room temp at best.The carpet! OMG! So sticky and gross! So were the chairs and the condiments.

While driving through Chesterfield...stopped at "The Best" Red Robin in area and was told there was a 25 minute wait for a table. Why?!? There were multiple tables and seats at the bar. Unbelievable. Took business elsewhere.

Our server was average. The food was pretty good. I haven't been to a red Robin in years. I got a tavern burger because I wasn't as hungry. Decent meal for 2 for less than 30.00

I have to say the food was good . There was a 20 minute wait at 4pm. The restaurant was only serving 4-5 tables and the rest of the restaurant was empty. I suppose it was due to staff shortages. Service was ok. It’s sad to see a business suffer during these times.

we enjoyed our food in the parking lot under the street lamp. We're still not dining in restaurants yet.

This is the best Red Robin in the Greater St. Louis area. I am on a special diet, and their menu meets my requirements, so I’ve eaten at most of them. There’s something about this location that causes staff to go above and beyond. They’re exceedingly polite and helpful. The food is always consistent, hot and predictable. To-go orders are packed in the nicest containers with utensils, napkins, condiments , etc. William is one of the servers at this location. So kind and attentive, you’d think it’s the 1950s. During the pandemic they’ve never whined or made excuses; they’ve faced the challenge head-in and stayed open and active way more than the other restaurants in the area.

Was not busy at all and felt safe and comfy. Food was piping hot and super yummy! Anthony was an amazing server, bottomless fries were had tonight! :)

I spent over 45 minutes online and via automated phone order system trying to place a togo order. I couldn't checkout online because it requied a PIN code for my gift certificate (gift certificate had no PIN number). Then I called in and got the automated order service which first told me the burger I ordered (Black and Blue) wasn't served at this location. Then I chose another burger which the automated system did not understand. There was no way to cancel what the system thought it heard and start over so I requested to be connected with a service member. After being on the automated hold for more then 10 minutes I was disconnected. I called back and immediately requested to speak to a service member. I was again placed on an automated hold for over 20 minutes. I finally just drove to the restaurant and ordered our dinner. And wouldn't you know it.... they do serve the Black and Blue Burger. The only saving grace was the wonderful service by the host Lex who took our order and brought it out to our car. I haven't been to a Red Robin in years due to previous quality control and management issues. The only reason we attempted to try again was because we received a gift card. It's safe to say we won't be giving our business to this establishment anytime soon.

Haven’t been to a Red Robin in awhile so we gave it shot and was underwhelmed with the whole experience. Love their fish and they were out sadly. Husband ordered the fondue burger and it had zero seasoning and the burger itself was pretty pathetic.I know we’re just two people so they won’t care if we don’t come back. Just wanted to share our recent experience.
