This location reins Superior over the mid Rivers location. Every time I've been to the mid Rivers location the fries were soggy. This location in Chesterfield everything was made fresh to order without me even asking. The lobby and tables were all very clean as well great job canes??
I've loved Cane's since it started. The food is always delicious and the hospitality pretty good.However, one night recently I had a couple of coworkers visit the Chesterfield, MO. location. Although the doors were open, and they were able to enter, they learned that the restaurant was closed. This was not the problem. Disappointed they could not get fed, they asked if they could just get something to drink. As the employee was about to get them something, the manager suddenly appeared, and she barked, "Absolutely not, we are SO CLOSED!!!" Despite how much I have loved the food at Cane's, this is unacceptable, and I will NEVER return to this, or any other location.
We went their today before fishing at Busch wildlife and got two box combos. Asked for ketchup and napkins didn’t get either. Food was decent not worth 20$. And chicken strips are tiny.
Been going to canes for awhile now, will not return as I stopped in for a small snack and ordered a few pieces of chicken and a drink as well as the person in my part ordered a chicken sandwich. Received no sauce and upon request I was told I would have to pay for it after purchasing a meal and a couple pieces of chicken and again this isn’t extra sauce this is just sauce in general. Crew members were also rude about it. Just moved down from Colorado and this is my first and last experience with canes which is sad because I used to enjoy their food but will not be nickel and dimed for a small side of sauce. Absolutely ridiculous
Spent $40 on food for my family and then after food arrived my nephew wanted a sauce to dip his fries in. The counter person was going to give it to me but the manager said no, we have to charge you $.85 for another cup of sauce?!?! Wow, way to nickel and dime customers! But the kid at the counter did come apologize and he said he would have given it. This manager has a lot to learn about customer service.
First time trying Cane's, AMAZING!!!!Very friendly staff here! It was delicious and the sweet tea really is that good.Thanks guys!
We don't have it in Florida so it was 1 of our 1st stops while back home visiting....we miss this place so much...worth a 3hr and 30m drive from where we live to south Carolina for some lol...thanks for the delicious chicken
Great location, employees are always friendly woth their little quips when you pull up asking if you want some chicken in different fun ways. The food is always hit and fresh and I've never had an order messed up. Really can't go wrong with this location or any other location.
Great food but no ranch for little kids. Kane’s sauce is a bit much for little kids. Chicken is delicious. Wouldn’t be too much to ask them to carry a familiar sauce for kids.
My daughter and I love Cane's Chicken Fingers! She always rolls down her widow when we pull up to the window to hear what their greeting is going to be. Her favorite is "What's kickin'? Want some chicken?" I love that all of their employees are kind and always smiling. I don't think we have ever had a wrong order or food that wasn't made to order either. The sauce... OMG the sauce! Cane's sauce and the honey mustard are the BEST! If you haven't tried this place, you are missing out!
