Store is good when it is open. However it has been closed last two days.Yesterday there was a note about staffing challenges. The notes was absent today.
Attempted to give my business to this location at 7:23pm to find the door locked and no one behind the counter. As well as the door saying they are open until 9pm, and no a sign as to why the door was locked over 30 minutes (or 1 hr and 30 min depending on which hours listed you go by) prior to closing time.
This is a good location. The sandwich was perfect. The fries at Penn Station always rock.

Great staff that takes pride in their work. Pricey for type of business, but food quality is very good. French fries are very good. Philly is my personal favorite.
Penn Station is my absolute favorite quick service restaurant. I don't like to call it fast food because the ingredients are fresh and you can see them make it every step of the way, including the fresh cut french fries. I love every hot sandwich they serve which is why I order the monthly special without even looking at the menu to see what it is. I'm only giving 4 stars because the last time I went to this Chesterfield location the air conditioning was dripping on us and our table.
I ordered a footlong cordon bleu.This place look like they gave me the least amount of meat they can actually give me on a sandwich.They gave me the bottom of the barrel of fries.Not even whole fries.I will never go there again.
Great location and Penn Station is always great!
Have always enjoyed Penn Station, but this location is a joke. Between enough salt in the fries to dehydrate a dolphin, and Alex's attitude towards my wife during ordering, I almost hadn't noticed the forgotten sides. Won't be returning to this location, and recommend taking your business elsewhere as well if you intend to have a quick, pleasant, and friendly evening meal.
