Rack of lamb was outstanding! As was the stack salad.

I have been coming here pretty much all my life, according the parents. But this place has always been spot on with high quality Italian food. You most definitely will want to make reservations. This is smaller place, intimate setting, low light. Very nice place to do a dinner to celebrate a birthday, graduation or just about anything. Their pasta is best around, you going to need to head to the hill to find better. The rack of lamb is kinda their thing and it does not disappoint. Definitely give this place a try for something special or if just in the mood for a nice meal with some of best service around town.
Had a great experience with our attentive server, Avery. The service was exceptional, quick and polite. The food was great with a wide variety of seafood specials off the menu and served in multiple courses. The ambience is romantic and mellow with great music and an overall memorable experience.
In a little strip mall and if you goggle best restaurants in STL it won’t come up. But one of the best meals I’ve ever had. Just fabulous. Lobster ravioli, shrimp, chocolate cake, great wine list. Sort of a if your not a regular your an outsider but I don’t care. Food is great.

First visit to Paul Manno's and wow! Amazing, fun and romantic atmosphere for a date. Amazing service and even better food. MUST try this restaurant if you never have! Perfect special occasion spot!
