Food was all very old the teriyaki tasted bad like they soaked dirty gym sock in it the Beijing beef was definitely a few hours old I hope I don't get sick they had fresh grilled chicken but gave me the old stuff was very rubbery the noodles where fresh at least
For some reason google told me the location was permanently closed but it’s not. 2 friendly and helpful workers managing all the customers and food. You are not allowed to dine in but to order carry out. Probably due to the staffing shortage here. Tan out of chow mein and making me some more very fresh. They’re some how doing it all with smiles on their faces. Much appreciated for the good service ?
Was so curious, almost didn’t go.But here’s how it went, went at 1.10pm for my lunch break, the store was empty except for one lady ahead of me. The wait wasn’t long.Service: Staff was very friendly and efficientFood: Noticed the chicken looked very pale ordered the “plate” with a chow mein, orange chicken and green bean chicken. The food was mostly tasteless, the chicken unseasoned, chow mein dry and oily. Nothing like I was expecting.A shame because their staff was really friendly .
I've appreciated how they've managed to keep prices down and they have always been friendly to me when I've come in. The food is usually quite good. The orange chicken is their best dish. Their beef and shrimp dishes are also very good. I've not been a big fan of the other chicken (esp Kung Pao), although some of the other family likes their teriyaki chicken.A general thought: So many restaurants are dealing with staff and supply shortages. To see 1 star hitting local restaurants because they had to shut down early doesn't seem fair given the current crisis. Hate to see this.
Great American style Chinese food, not real Chinese food but I love it so much. One star off because they closed at 7pm suddenly today, which was one hour earlier than expected, and 10 minutes earlier than our arrival. There was also another lady drove here but got nothing.
The location in Chesterfield Valley never has Teriyaki Chicken when we go there at any time during the day or week, this has been the case for over 6 months. And they don't have as much selection as the other Pandas in the area (they have empty slots in their serving table). They say it is the fault of their food delivery, but then why do the other stores in the St Louis area have the teriyaki chicken and more selections? Seems as if they aren't ordering what they need to have a full selection. There have been several times we have left this location and gone to another to get the food we want, other times we just go somewhere else. But we keep trying as we are in the area because this is where we shop.
Cannot eat inside. Zero acknowledgement or care from staff. The food was SO old. The staff tried very hard to give an F, but they found no F's in their fields. That's why you get 2 stars- because of the effort of F's they tried to give. Emphasis on tried. Took one bite outside the store (with my hands because they forgot the utensils) and I Michael Jordan Space Jam style slammed dunked the whole heaping pile of sadness in the trash.
Always a line but it moves pretty fast, my go to is the orange chicken and chow mein bowl. They have plenty of other options I will be back to try the wok fired shrimp as it looked quite delish. Customer service is pretty standard, they want you to get you your order and move on to the next customer.
The people were rude and when I ask questions concerning the amount I was overcharged the manager and employee both got irate. I just paid and left. I will never go back to this Panda Express! I have visited others and the customer service is superb! The customer service at this Panda Express leaves much to be desired.:(:(:(
