It was my first time here in years and it was not as it once was. We waited a long time for a menu which was a printed drink menu that you had to scan QR code to look up regular menu on line. Rice was hard. Brown rice seemed to be white rice with some soy sauce in it. Entrees seemed like they were prepackaged and just warmed in the back. Maybe it wasn't but food certainly didn't seem fresh like it used to years ago. I was disappointed, especially for the price. I think next time I will just get their food from freezer aisle at grocery store if I really must have it.
The service was excellent. Our server couldn't have done more to please. The food was good but my shrimp lo mein was a bit watery. It was still tasty. Had never been there before and was taken there by a friend. A very pleasant dining experience and many thanks to our server for going above and beyond.
Do not book this restaurant through open table! Their systems are not compatible, and they did not find my reservation. They did seat us, but only after waiting for about 15 minutes. They had open tables but were not seating people. Food service was extremely slow. I've always enjoy PJ Changs but will not be going back.
Very impressed! I absolutely love PF Chang's. I have been visiting PF Chang's for over 15 years now in different states. This one did not disappoint. We ordered the wonton soup, we ordered the ribs, we ordered the wall of chocolate with coconut ice cream, the fried green beans and we ordered the sesame chicken. I'm not a sesame chicken eater but I tell you it was absolutely fresh and delicious. The green beans were crisp and the batter on them for light and delicious. The ribs are always a delight, I wish they would add more and I also wish they would add the appetizer happy hour menu back as an option for diners. The staff is wonderful we had a young man named Eric and he was simply wonderful and very cheerful and accommodating. We will be visiting this location quite often
Food was great and my leftovers were as good the next day. Service was excellent. It was our first time there and we will be dining there again.
First of all... I'm in my 70's. The waitress was both insulting and bad. Everything out if her mouth began with... Are we ready, have we decided, what do we want tonight, etc. She didn't offer us menu, but instead directed us to scan something with our phones to see the menu. Told her we didn't understand what she was talking about and she replied that the world was changing and we needed to get aboard, and walked away. A few minutes later she brought us one (1) menu that she said she had trouble finding, for both of us to share. We ask about items we were accustomed to in Denver that were not on the menu and she acted like we were idiots. When she brought our check, she told us (AGAIN) to scan our credit card for payment, turned to walk away, but I stopped her and handed her my creditcard. We've enjoyed PF Changs for decades, all over the US and this was by far the worst experience we ever encountered. $60.00+ wasted. We probably won't patronize your restaurant again.
Good food with friendly staff. It took a long time to get our food. The food was good and hot. The food was fresh and cooked perfectly.
