This food truck stopped in our city of Amarillo and I happened to see the post on Facebook. Having lived the first 32 years of my life in California, I can honestly say this is some of the best fish and chips I’ve ever had. Fish and chips are literally my favorite meal! The fries and the fish were super crispy but not because they put cornmeal or some other weird stuff in the batter. The serving was a perfect amount for me with three pieces of fish. The fish wasn’t fishy or chewy. We picked it up and took it home and it was still piping hot. We did have to wait in a rather long lunch line but once our order was in it didn’t take long at all. All in all, we spent an hour in line and waiting on our food. It was completely worth it!!!! The prices are on the low side compared to getting really good fish and chips at a beachside restaurant! ( it was 32$ after tax for 2 regular orders)
So we went to one of the trucks the company has that travels around. The one I visited came to Greenville, TX and my family had been keeping an eye on it for a while on Facebook. I will start out, I don't like cod. Never been a fan, I was expecting to give them my pieces after trying it and just eat the fries. Nope, I kept them. It was that good where I wanted to eat my cod. The breading they use makes the fries some of the best I've had, and the cod just doesn't have that fishy taste I've never been a fan of.The sauces they give are also very tasty and go along well with the food. My family likes either one of them if not both, so you don't need to worry about having to find something to dip the fish in.The last thing is the service. At least for the traveling trucks. They got the wait time down to an art. If they tell you they will be done in 8 minutes, it will be ready in 8 minutes.All in all, check Facebook to see if they come by your city and make sure to get it that day. It's worth it. Every penny of the price they give you worth it.
Look, if you like fish and chips don't miss this truck. I saw a few one off reviews and I get it...its hard to be perfect every outing. We met the truck in Lee's Summit, they began serving at 11:00am. We got our food just about quitting time 7:00pm and it was delicious. The tartar sauce stole the show. Eight hours in and the food quality was awsome. Thats impressive for a mobile kitchen!
Was at home praying about our supper. Neighbor came by exactly at that time. Told my wife that the truck was just down the way. Prayed again & headed out! Short wait & BAM! FISH & CHIPS to go. Great fish, great fries, great sauces. Thanks, JESUS! Blessed by our KING!

very nice staff, food was not as good as mcdonalds fish fillet. fries were seasoned with a very strange herb and left a definite after taste. fish was very, very greasy. two fish plates and two additional pieces of fish was 38.00. value is definitely not there. lent is here and local church/civic fish fries will all be better quality and better value.
I like the variety of locations throughout the week and the food looks amazing! I can't wait to get home and try it ?
We visited the food truck in Springdale today. Please come back! Delicious food with a ton of perfect white fish in every bite. The fries were just as good. Well worth the money, for sure. Very friendly and the line went quickly. Thank you!

Was very disappointed last night with your truck in Leavenworth I have always liked your food but was very disappointed last
