The Noodles and Company in Chesterfield is absolutely one of the best places to eat! It will be love at first bite! You will not find better customer service or be treated with such hospitality anywhere else! I was helped by Natalie and she was a gem! Whatever she gets paid it isn't enough!!! She will make you feel like a guest in her home! She is just so sweet and a very diligent and attentive worker which are traits that seem harder and harder to come by these days. If you want to have an amazing meal and experience, come to Noodles and Company in Chesterfield!
Someone suggested I try Noodles & Company and I finally has the opportunity the other day! It the cashier was helpful with my new comer questions, the dine in area was clean and the food came out quick and was delicious. Plus I really love the veggie/vegan options!

I had a slight hick up trying to add an extra item to my order and Felicia, the manager at Noodles Chesterfield, was incredibly helpful in solving my problem :) big shoutout to her and the whole Noodles team for making a large lunch order as easy as possible!

So we ordered two drinks with our order.. we have Covid-19 and had someone pick up the order for us. The person asked if it came with drinks to which the employee said no. They brought it back to find out that we were supposed to. We call them asking for a refund since we can’t leave and it’s 30 minutes away or some type of compensation to which the employee responds that they can’t and they go on to ask why we didn’t say something when we were there. We explained the situation to them and all they said was to come and we can get just our drinks. We ask for a manager and she hung up.. Very disappointed with the service and very parched.
My daughter placed an online pick up order for her and her boyfriend. They are are sick with Covid and can not go out. I picked up the food and asked the girl behind the counter if there were drinks on the ticket. She picked up the receipt and said no drinks. I drop off the food to my daughter and she asks where her drinks are. I called the store and was rudely asked why I didn’t ask for the cups when I was there. I said that I asked for them and was told there were no drinks needed. I said that I would come back tomorrow but I am driving another 20 min back to the store, is there any compensation for the inconvenience. She put me on mute without saying hold on, came back to the phone and told me her manager said that they will give me the drinks but nothing else can be done. I asked for her name and the managers name and instead of giving them to me, I was hung up on. Very rude employees and disrespectful managers that don’t address the situation directly. Very sad circumstances that should have been handled differently. Will take my business elsewhere .
The service is fast and the food is always very fresh and and tasty. You can do a lot of customization which is great. I’ve never been disappointed with this location
Placed to go order, got order and left, got home it’s a smaller size and missing grilled chicken. Drive 20 minutes back to the store to have the woman at the front and the cook argue with me that it’s “just the bowl size, and the chicken is mixed in” proceeded to pull out the food and go through it just to prove it didn’t have chicken. After all this I was offered 5 slices of microwaved grilled chicken and no fresh noodles which were now cold. Honestly just hire smarter people because the ignorance on display from the woman with an attitude at the front and the skinny white chef in the back encourages me to not return. As someone who typically goes 3 times week, it’s sad I have to find a new place.
I stopped in for the first time to try the Parmesan chicken. When I ordered on the app there was no button to add sauce on the side. So I typed that I wanted marinara in the special instruction box. After making my order I heard the cook (Alonzo) complain about people asking for free marinara. When I got to the car I realized he didn’t put marinara in my bag at all. Instead of using good customer service and telling me that I had to pay for the sauce ( which I would have happily) he just did not put it in the bag. I would have been very unhappy if I got home and didn’t have my full order. This shows just a general lack of care on the part of the cook and he should be educated on the importance of fulfilling orders to completion.
