This is one of the better McDonald's on the St. Louis area (I have 3 closer to my house). This one is fast, and has always served me hot, accurate food, unlike some of the others near me.

One of the absolute worst McDonald’s stores that you’ll ever visit if you do the drive-through. Drive-through takes forever. You’ll sit at the order speaker forever. I can’t tell you how many times my order got screwed up. The people are not friendly and obviously have no customer service training.

This is a McDonald's, so expect the norm; quick food, ok service, and a sometimes clean environment. It's hit a miss with all.

The grand kids like the chicken nugget happy meals and I like the fish sandwich. This Micky D is clean and the staff seems friendly

One of the worst ones I've gone to besides the Westport location. The drive-thru line was HORRIBLE. That's putting it mildly. I waited more than 20 minutes ?. I asked why was the wait so long? I was told they had NO HELP. People were calling in an hour before clock in. They would say they was NOT coming in. It's a shame our parents and grandparents are working these fast food jobs because the younger ones won't work. They won't go to school. They lay around at home because their parents ALLOW them. They cater to their kids. Most of them are dropouts and parents allow them to stay at home doing NOTHING. They won't do work around the house without an argument. They may or may NOT get out of bed. If they ask for money their parents give it to them. NOT MINE! NOR MY GRANDCHILDREN! IT'S ALL IN PARENTING!

I placed a mobile order at this location… walk inside to get ketchup and herd a male taking about doing thing to customers drinks to another employee!!! I will never ever eat here again.

Argued. Yelled at customer. Had proof paid. They ran it FOUR times. Still argues & states declined. I said let me show you & he yelled at me. I don’t want to see your phone. I want a card. I asked for a manager & he said no, I asked his name. He would not tell me. I again asked for a manager. By now she should have come on her own, but no. I asked for his name & she did not answer. I said I want his name. Finally she said Sean. To the point / the sale has come out of my bank 4 times. Refused to look at PROOF on app & account. When I first ordered she said oh sorry computer has been slow and glitching today. It took 16 minutes to go up 3 cars, IF I had not already PAID I would have left. The Manager refused to give me her name. When my son called to ask for manager on duty she said name was Nicky. She stated I was lying, once he told her it’s recorded on dash-cam she backed down. I don’t want anyone to lose a job over lack of customer service; however, someone owes me $60 for running it FOUR times & still left with nothing. Last small detail / neither had a name tag on. Neither had a hat or net on. Keep on Nicky & Sean!

It's McDonald's, with two drive thrus. 2 out of 3 times they mess up the order.

Even though I was 10th in line at the drive thru, I was enjoying my chocolate shake within 10 minutes. I was very satisfied. The personnel were friendly and attentive.

It was just like any other McDonald's restaurant. Nothing fancy. Food was good
