I give bad reviews when I feel like service is bad, so I should also take the time when things are good as well. Chesterfield McDonalds consistantly gets my order right, are quick and the food is hot and they are always proffesional and nice. Good job!
We came in just before they closed, and they still took great care of us!
Bottom piece of bread was covered in something. Any idea what it is? Mold? Bread beetles? I have no idea, but it wasn’t normal. Regardless, I’d suggest avoiding altogether or checking your food closely… your pick.
I love this McDonald’s! The food is always fresh and the workers are nice. I have ordered the Caramel Frappe at other McDonald’s (add Oreo) and it never tastes like I prefer. This one has not messed up, ever! Highly recommend!
Better than most although they still got the order wrong g. At least they were apologetic and didn't cop an atitude like the lousy franchise on Jefferson and i-44.Resolved the issue.

They advertised 2 for $6.00 sandwiches. Waited in drive through finally got to order to be advised they do not have that deal no more.. Asked to speak to a manager was told we could sit outside all day in our vehicle we was not getting that deal.. Then no one would respond to the speaker so we called the store to be hung up on three times... Called corp and filed a complaint. Staff at the store is rude an does not care ..

WHEN A CUSTOMER ASKS FOR FRESH COOKIES - DO NOT PUT THEM IN THE MICROWAVE! YOU WHERE NOT EVEN BUSY AND TO ADD INSULT YOU KEPT THEM IN THERE TOO LONG THEY BURNT! AND THEY WANT $15+ PER HOUR AND THEY DO NOT FOLLOW BASIC INSTRUCTIONS! MAKE IT MAKE SENSE.
