Not sure why I'm giving a 4 star. I just can't go to a 5 star. I felt a little uncomfortableWith the service and the layout of the restaurant. The food was good and probably will visit again.
Ordered $50 in food; they didn't give me one of the bags of food. I tried to go into the establishment but the doors were locked. I knocked and one of the workers just pointed at the drive thru line. He wouldn't open the door to talk, he just pointed at the drive thru line, even though all it would take is for someone to go get the last bag of food for me. Common courtesy? There were 5 cars in the drive thru and they were going really slow...We ordered the Italian Beef, both Spicy and "not spicy" (Lion's terminology, not mine... it's called Mild on the menu). I typically get the Spicy from the Des Peres and Ballwin locations. From this Chesterfield location on this day, the Italian Beef Spicy was disgusting. I'm not sure what they messed up.My wife had the not spicy Italian, but she couldn't finish it. She said, "beef is bland, bread is worse than Walmart bakery, cheapest ingredients they could find for this sandwich. " So, I tried to finish my wife's not spicy. It was garbage.When I pulled up to the drive thru menu, the speaker asks, Would you like to try our pulled pork sandwich? So, I ordered 3 for my children and the worker said they didn't have any pulled pork since they were going to close in half an hour. Not sure what closing in half an hour has to do with having food available.Fries were simply not good. Bottom 10-20 percentile. Whatever is gross about fries, they accomplished it.My kid hated the lemonade. My wife said it had a really bad after taste. I thought it was ok.Overall lack of effort from this location.
Great service, friendly, and fast. BUT the food was horrible and no air conditioning. I stopped here because I had loved the food when I was traveling through once and went through the drive thru. I wanted my granddaughter to experience it when we traveled this time... Boy was I wrong and I am not a picky person. Please fix it. The inside menu is nothing like the drive thru .
We dine here quite often & are very happy with the people, food, & cleanliness!!! Be fresh and very thinly sliced roast beef is always delicious, they always have several condiments to choose from and are very generous with them! They do serve the food very quickly but I don't feel like I'm at a fast food restaurant it's a great overall feeling!?
Ronnell at the cash register is awesome! He makes sure you get your order quickly and you are satisfied with everything. And he does it with a wonderful smile. It is a pleasure to go inside to eat at the Chesterfield, MO location.
it was my first time coming to lions choice today i was greeted by ronnell and Rock who was very nice . they answered all my questions and help me decide on what foods to try being i never been to lions choice before . the food was very DELICIOUS i most definitely would be back.
The beef was bland with no condiments. Even the dipping sauce was weak. Worst of all was the runny lemon concrete. It was poorly mixed and not frozen. Worse meal there ...ever. Not going back.
First timer. I think they mistook the sandwich for fries - way too much salt but fairly good roast beef. 0 to no salt average fries. Great horsey sauce. Friendly service by the guy with checkerboard tats on the arms. Would maybe come back and try something different
I always love me some Lions Choice! The roast beef is the real deal. Always fast and courteous.
