I understand that the demand exceeds supply when it comes to order delivery, but I am very unimpressed with my order arriving over an hour after it was placed despite being only 7 mins from the store, and several items missing from my sandwich and order. I recommend going in person and having exactly everything you need in mind or else they’ll short you.
Absolutely no customer service. Ordered at 1130. No food at 130. App tracking said on the way for 1 hour and 40 minutes. No apology. No offer of free sandwich next day. Just too bad. Can’t make the delivery. Charged my debit card. You would think JJ’s would appreciate customers that are willing to pay more than $11 for a tuna sandwich. Not. Alex the child manager has bad attitude about his inept customer service. This place is a hole. Makes my skin crawl. Back to subway.
They have a sandwich that I really enjoyIt is the #9,and it is always fast.
Bread was over baked and hard as a rock.When I mentioned it to the manager she said that's how all the stores bake the bread.Never coming back
This place is the absolute slowest one I’ve ever been to. We ordered at noon…1:30 comes and goes, still no food. We picked delivery for a reason, we are packing and can’t leave. We received a notification through the app that said they were on their way. 20 minutes later still no food, so I had to call and they said that they were heading out now with the food. Don’t go to this location, don’t waste your time or your money.
Sandwich was good but the inside of this place smells like sewage
They are super short handed with only two drivers because of the unemployment $ coming in and nobody looking for work. However, they also are a lazy store. Always something wrong with an order, something missing or food taking 90+minutes to arrive.
Good, but not always “freaky fast”
I order from here a lot from work and the last few times I’ve ordered they either forgot an item or mess up the order. I ordered a veggie sandwich a few days ago and it showed up with only cheese and a few pieces of lettuce. No cucumbers or tomatoes. I could even feel it wasn’t made correctly before I even opened it. And if you call, they don’t really care. So I literally ate a cheese and lettuce sandwich. Terrible experiences.
TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE!!!! I ordered food at 115 to be delivered to the bank for one of my employees lunch. After 40 minutes and no food I decided to call to see the eta....the associate who answered told me I was rude for asking how long it would take and he didn’t have time to talk to me because he needed to be making orders. He also told me it would be 1.5 hours before my food would be delivers due to them only having 2 delivery drivers....then he proceeded to HANG UP ON ME! I called customer service and I would like to be contacted by the franchise owner. Myself nor any employees of my bank will be spending money here. I never recieved the food so I will be disputing the charge with my credit card company......CUSTOMER BEWARE!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!
