Best IMOs in the area. Pizza is crispy but not burnt. We go out of our way to come to this location.
I ordered a large sausage bacon, pretty simple right? Yeah if you want cardboard and sauce. These guys are notorious for skimping on the toppings. They really need to take a page out of the play book of the locations in downtown St. Louis, which run circles around this location when it come to quality. I'm sure the downtown locations take actual care in there product, they stay consistent I've eaten there for over 10 years and they consistently are the best Imos! Its embarrassing when I rave about Imos to my out of town buddies and we order for this location and its subpar and my buddies are like I don't know what the big deal is all about.
Wildhorse Creek location makes a good pizza! Not all locations have the same quality.
I have bought numerous items from this location in the past. Today I placed a delivery order for lunch, it arrived 40 minutes later than the website stated. I attempted to call the location prior to the delivery just to check the status of my order and there was no answer. Once my order was finally delivered half the items in my order were over cooked. Being agitated I then attempted to call the location again with questions regarding my order. In the middle of me explaining who I was and what I ordered I was rudely cut off by the owner stating that he and his wife were understaffed and that no one wants to work in America. I stated that I wasn't done speaking, he proceeded to tell me "bye" and hang up on me. I then called back and his wife answers the phone. I told her I was calling with questions regarding my order, she rudely said "and did he answer your questions" I stated he didn't even allow me to ask them. She proceeded to talk over me and tell me that I had an attitude and was rude, that they are barely keeping the business open. She proceeded to hang up on me after stating she was "wasting time" talking to me and pizzas were ruining while she was on the phone with me. No wonder why no one wants to work for them. I simply wanted to know why my food was over cooked and the wait was so long. Way to gas light and push blame on your customers. Seeing how they didn't want to discuss things and would rather scold and be rude to their customers I will NEVER do business with them again.
I got some chicken fingers, more like breaded chicken jerky... Aaaaaaannd the restroom had poo on the toilet seat and floor. The cashier reminded me of a cigarette, if cigarettes were human
