These people do not listen constantly over cooking or under cooking the food and no matter how many times u ask the never give out Parmesan cheese
My pizza was VERY DRY and over cooked. The texture of the pizza was similar to the box it was in. I called and spoke with the manager mike, VERY RUDE, VERY DISMISSIVE. I frequent this location often, however I will never go back. I will also post this review to my social media with my 76k followers. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND!
Pizza is okay but when they charge 25 cents per pkg of sprinkle cheese and the same for packet of Red peppers then you just have to wonder when they will start charging for the box. Major ripoff.
It's funny - at some imo's restaurants the pizzas are decent and others they're fantastic. The pizza I had at this location was fantastic.
Today I had a $60 order with a $5 tip. I spoke with Mike, he was very rude as I was trying to explain to him how the chicken looked I also asked for the corporate number rudely he replied he was the only person that make the decision. I’m a nurse and I wouldn’t dare feed this bleeding chicken to anyone. I’m very disappointed I thought this was a good establishment guess I’m wrong.
Mike he's Horrible and have bad customer service I would never patronize his business anymore
I’ve had Imos before and it was great so decided to stop at this location because it was the closest one on our drive. The service was okay. The soda fountain was broken. I used the women’s restroom and it was dirty and had cooking equipment stored in it which I think is very unsanitary. The pizza itself was okay but I’ve had much better at another location.Edited to say: you could also see staff in the back making food without a mask or gloves and snacking on food.

Pizza wasn’t good it was cold and the chicken could of been better !
Pizza was greasy. Husband ordered all meat, very little meat period. He couldn't eat it! We left, went to Burger King. Very disappointed. Bad enough I cannot even rate it.
