Service was horrible. The delivery driver was as rude so was the person who took my order. Restaurant stinks and does not smell like they're cooking chicken or beef. Maybe cat,dog, possum and raccoon but not poultry.
Such a big portions and taste so good!
I ate here yesterday walked in and ordered took 5 minutes to get my sweet and sour chicken. Went back to work food was hot fresh and didn't give me the squirts Isay it's a win win. No complaints
Ordered shrimp fried rice. Drove all the way back home and it was fake crab fried rice. Called and was told would have to drive all the way back to get new one. Not worth the gas money. Won't go here again though.

Terrible service… We ordered food to go. The server said it would take 20-30 minutes. We got there late and we’re not able to pick up until 1 hour after we ordered. By the time we got there it still wasn’t ready! The server was incredibly rude. Food wasn’t good enough to deal with terrible customer service.
Last year around this same time patronized this restaurant after driving from IL to an optometrist appointment in Chesterfield. Received excellent service and excellent food. TODAY, I arrived and a young man, tall and slim was so very rude and impolite! No time of operations posted on window/door. Young man ignored me initially as he "did whatever that he was doing inside". After waving him over to the door to inquire about opening, he yelled, "AT 11:00", with an attitude. He closed the door, turned on the "open" sign and walked away. It was now 10:57. I stood outside, waited, and he returned with an attitude a second time telling me that I did not have to wait outside. Little did he know that I certainly was not waiting to patronize Hunan after his rudeness, but was waiting for 11:00 to enter and report his behavior. Who would eat at such a place after being yelled at? Certainly not, I. When I asked why did he tell; why was he rude, had no times of operation signed posted he rambled something off. I told him that I was going to solve the problem by not patronizing the business. As I walked towards my vehicles he continuously yelled, "bye". Well, it ended on a great note. I went to a nearby restaurant, ordered lunch that had excellent service and food...and shared my story with them. They told me that they never go to Hunan. So I say that the best way to solve their bad manners is to stop patronizing them. THIS REVIEW IS FOR THE ONE IN THE FOUR SEASONS SHOPPING CENTER NEAR OLIVE & WOODS MILL RD.

When food is ok quality/taste, it's ok, but when the food is mideocore and the person behind the counter isn't friendly it, well that makes a big impact. A little smile and good customer service can go a long way. One time customer.
