In St. Louis on business, staying just across the street. Normally I love Hardee's, but after reading these reviews, and since it closes at FRIGGIN' 1400, looks like I won't be dining at this one.1400?Really???
Train wreck. I ordered a burrito, fries and Diet Coke. The person taking the order at the drive-through asked me to repeat it three times. When I paid for it and looked at the receipt, I noticed they charged me for a combo that included chips and salsa that I didn’t order. I told the person that, they didn’t know what to do. They asked for my card and said they were going to adjust it. They came back in a few minutes and handed everything back to me. I asked him if he credited my card back, and he said he thought so but didn’t know. I told him he needs to find out. They finally got the manager to take care of it, and the only redeeming factor was that the manager gave me everything free. Very nice manager, but the employees seem to be a disaster. I know employees are hard to find these days, but they need to train them much better. You’re going to lose the customers that you do have.
They have great meals for breakfast and lunch. The dining room is good. Takeout is good to. Try to get there before 5 pm
This is what a 10 piece chicken tender looks like. Next time I’ll just wait in line at Canes. Every other Hardee’s is cook to order with the tender boxes. I guess this guy figured he could scrape up enough breading crumbs at the bottom with zero chicken and have those count as tenders. I won’t be back to this location.

Went threw drive thru. Our order was right & hot so that is for sure a plus in today world. ?? Food was good & fresh.Thank you for showing up to work today & trying your best to contribute to the world. Instead of taking from it.
Manager was rude and when she was there she would always be on the phone and leave everything up to her assistant manager very unprofessional.
I left my water bottle at home and I asked for a water. They gave me a Large Water and didn't charge me. Just shows how something so little can go a far way! Thank you.
