Went there on Memorial day cause Subway was closed, man I'm glad they were closed. First time ever in Firehouse. Store was clean an respectful. Employee was nice an helpful. Ordered 2 steak an cheese an was not disappointed. Freakin delicious, will definitely drive extra couple miles for it again.
Horrible experience ! asked for clean gloves so there's no meat contact the prep person states "well thats going to take a while". I replied no worries take your time. So I take my order to go get back to work only to find out they purposely gave me a ham sandwich. Disrespectful / prejudice . Save your self respect and avoid them.

Expect great food, but don't expect friendly service.The quality of the sandwiches is always high and they always taste great.The reason I left two stars off is because the service is below average, and that's mostly from my interaction with the owner. He seems annoyed by having to take an order; I'm not sure if he's doing that as a "funny vibe" for the restaurant like a Jimmy John's, but either way it is unwelcoming.I'd eat there way more often if the customer service were better.
The food was great and the service was fast and friendly.
A friend did a pick up for me so I didn't go inside but their subs are yum yum yummy!!!! So far I've had the Italian sub & the steak & cheese With cheddar instead of provolone. Both good. They are a little pricey so won't eat there often.

The food was, in general, delicious! I have come here on multiple occasions and each time the food was just as good or better. As well a good service with nice workers and quick timing. The building is clean as well.
