I do not recommend this place. We sat and waited for 40 minutes for our food and no one checked on us, we had to go to them and ask. Then started laughing when we asked about our food. then proceeded to bring us the wrong pizza and didn’t apologize or offer us anything. Therefor I would not recommend.
I’ve been stopping at this place for many years. The pizza could use more marinara, but otherwise generally quite good. They seem to be having some issues with too few staff. What I’ve always thought weird is that the menu on display makes NO mention of the size and price of the whole pizzas available, nor the available toppings, nor the price per slice if that is all you want to buy. Not knowing what you’ll spend before you start ordering isn’t cool.
Great little lunch spot. Pizza is fresh, you can see it for yourself. They have lunch specials that are super affordable. The salad dressing is made from scratch and delicious. Overall fast and friendly service. Great lunch stop.
This is legitimately east coast pizza, just moved here from Pa and it tastes close to home. Sauce is a little sweet, but the balance of cheese and topping is perfect, and the crust is banging!Easily recommendable, they even have specials!
Great food, quick service and surprising value. A pleasant find. Small issue when I needed ice and the employee got someone else to get it for me but all in all a very very good experience.
Very friendly atmosphere and we did not wait long for our order to be ready. Unfortunately, this is not true east coast pizza. If you are looking for bubbled crust, foldable slices, and a drooping tip, this pizza is not for you.
One of my top 3 NY style pizzas in the STL. Food is always out fast and it’s delicious.
As i was traveling in the land of provel cheese this was a happy find. The crust is sweet chewy and delicious. The sauce not distracting, but not amazing. The cheese is tasty mozzarella. While hot it was pretty awesome. It is still pretty good reheatedMy only complaint about the pizza is the seasoning that was sprinkled over the top of the pizza does not add much in the way of flavor, but it does get stuck in your teeth. My other complaint is the fountain drinks do not taste that great. I would suggest the bottled drinks
Only 3 stars because of the prices. It's actually good pizza, not the best new York style in the area but pretty good, I would say 4 star pizza. Or a 8.0 out of 10. However I think they are pricey. I got just 1,16 inch pizza a order of toasted ravs and two fountain drinks. It was almost 40 dollars. It's pricey like mellow mushroom, imos and panteras. I mean when you can get dominoes mediums for like 6 bucks each. It's hard to justify 18 to 20 dollar single topping pizzas. If you get multiple toppings they get very pricey. I would eat the pizza again. The pizza is good quality and cooked in real pizza ovens. I would rate it equal to mod pizza maybe slightly better. Better amount of cheese and toppings than mod. But I would rank racanellies higher for more authentic new York style pizza. Also rank la pizza and pizza a go go higher. Which all 3 of those places are also less expensive. With a 18 inch with similar toppings costing less at racanellies.
If you love and know what real New York Pizza is supposed to taste like then this is where to get the closest thing possible as far as I'm concerned! Thy these guys today!
