The General Manager Andy is drunk half the time. He has run all of the good employees out of the store. Maybe one day they’ll fire him so the store can be good again
We were in the restaurant the other night picking up a pizza, and the manager apparently had an issue with one of his employees. I don't know the extent of the problem, but the manager was extremely unprofessional and rude. It was very uncomfortable and awkward for myself and the others waiting on our food. I walked out and have no intentions of ever setting foot in that location. I'll drive the few extra miles west to the Domino's on Clarkson.
This place is horrible, the workers are disrespectful, rude , the manager shawna is not helpful whatsoever. Never again ! The food isn’t worth the headache. The guy that answers the phone and deliver is always extremely unfriendly!!!! I want to talk to corporate this place is a mess and need to be under better management and I will come purchase your building to buy you out. Rude and never again !!!
I was staying at the Hampton Inn off swinley ridge road. I ordered 3 medium pizzas for my son, nieces and nephew. They only delivered 2 pizzas and left them unattended at the front desk.i called that night to address the missing pizza and was left on hold for 45mins! With no answer. I called in the morning to let them know about the missing pizza. I was met by the most RUDE RACIST team meamber I've ever encountered in a fast food setting.my frustration was met by his ignorance and un helpful attitude and you could tell he was stand offish and racist he basically dismissed me and hung up !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!this place is terrible !!!!!
Charged $13.00 instead of the coupon rate of $5.99 for the pizza and refused to refund the rest. The manager was rude and useless.

I liked this place because they make pizzas better than other Domino's. I come here 1 to 2 times a month, sometimes more. The one time I had a giant bubble covering two slices I asked nicely for a remake or refund and all I got back from Shawn was an attitude, I don't understand. Disappointing
I am a regular customer at this place. Haven't got any problems. So far so good with them. It's glad to do business with them.
They normally prepare the order as specified and on time. Of course Dominos isn't going to be the most authentic pizza being of the fast food variety but I find it reasonably tasty and this location usually has good service. The rewards promotion is also good.
Trash. EMPLOYEES THREATENING CUSTOMERS AND PULLING KNIVES. Employees had deleted our ordered multiple times and refused to give refund to online orders. They then didn't wear masks during mask mandate (manager told me to my face during an interview that they were lenient on masks in the store) and pull knife on customer for calling them out for not wearing a mask. Employees then lied and said there was an investigation and they won't deliever to our apartments anymore because they fear for the safety of their employees(the fat delivery guy that defended the employee for pulling a knife on a customer): there was no investigation (customer called the cops himself when it happened, gave his first and last name, if there was an investigation we would have known) and we saw them continue to deliver to the apartments. We gave them another chance, when we ordered pizza they told us our family was banned from every domino's(obv not a problem, pizza hut never caused problems like this). We got banned because my husband defended himself against an employee who pulled out a knife. Make of this what you will, but not sure why people want to support this location.
