My parents and I almost have a tradition of getting pizza when we travel and stay here. It has always been good until tonight. 1 of our 3 pizzas was burned. Another pizza wasn’t even what we ordered (suppose to be 3 topping, it was 2 and not what was ordered). 3rd pizza didn’t even have toppings to the edge.Should have looked at reviews before ordering… Likely won’t be ordering again.
Ordered a pizza and it picked for the day after then what I needed. Called and tried to cancel it and after waiting 20 minutes on the phone no response. For the pizza I got today I didn’t tip because of the poor service and there was a sad face on the receipt. Absolutely ridiculous service. Will not be ordering from this dominos again. If I could give it a 0 star I would.
Had a birthday party today and we ordered Domino's pizza from the location on Long Road in Chesterfield. First of all, tried to call and order pizza so we could use a gift card. Could not get anyone to answer. Went online and ordered pizza....could not pay with gift card. So driver shows up at location, says the pizza's still need to be paid for. He told me I needed to call the store to pay for the pizza and that it would take about 2 minutes because of the phone system they have. I call...am on hold...I told him I was still waiting for someone to answer. He tells me I have 1 minute or he was going to return the order back to the store. (Should have just said cool...take it back and forget about it) As I was telling him that I was still waiting for them to answer, the phone picks up and disconnects me. So aggregated, I followed him to the store so I could pay for the pizza. He took the delivery charge off...which is good. Proceeds to tell me how the new franchise owners could care less about the issues they are having with their ordering system. If your customer service sucks...then your customer service sucks.The whole experience sucked. Should have just paid the extra for East Coast Pizza. They even shorted our order. Worst experience.
Do NOT use this Domino's location (Long Road). Ordered Pizza for delivery last night and order never came. Tried to call the store directly twice, but no one answered. Today at 3:00PM, doorbell rang and pizza order with receipt was left at front door. Called store directly and spoke to representative and he was extremely beligerant, rude and denied the event entirely. We offered to send pic of receipt and food, and he hung up on us. Would never give them any business again. Would give 0 stars if possible.
I have used this location several times for school and family events. They always get my order right, they are friendly and happy to assist!

I will not be coming back. Ordered 2 pizzas and had barely any toppings on them. Called the store and the employee hung up on me. Bad customer service.
There is at least one chef at this location who is a genuine craftsman. The Pacific Veggie pizza we ordered 2/5/22 @ 5:30pm was one of the best composed pizza’s I’ve ever eaten. Someone took their time and loved this thing into existence! Give this person a raise and have them teach the rest of the crew how to make pizzas. Thank you!!
Ordered in the app at 10 and literally waiting for them to prep, bake and check my pizza. Also waiting for them to deliver my pizza just to never get my pizza. The app said delivered by the way and then 20 minutes later I received an email saying my order was canceled! I used my points for that too so….. can I get those back?
Dominos, in general, has definitely improved over the last several years. When they changed the sauce and crust many years ago it was the thing that brought me back to them.Pick up from this store is rather easy with curbside. This parking lot is a little weird to enter so just be aware of the oddly placed medians. Also if you pull into a parking spot right in front of the store be aware when backing up to not hit another oddly placed median.The actual pizza and store is great. Quality is consistent and service is good. Owner of this store and others has personally called me back when I had an issue years ago. I liked that level of customer service. For the price and quality Domino’s is our choice most of the time.
