American Fast Food Burgers

They are in trouble with Shake Shack opening right across the street. They make a good burger and the fries are good, but every time I go through the drive through it is total 20 minute ordeal with all the cars that have to pull forward after paying and wait for food to come out. The chicken place next door runs through about 15-20 cars in the time it takes me to get through. This is an issue If you get a custard. They usually give that to you right when you pay and they are never that cold to start with, but it is usually milk in a cup before you even get your food... waste of $5. Happens every time I go.

Ordered a Concrete in the drive thru, was given a melted cup of creme. It's only 61° out guys how runny is it gonna be when it hits 80°?

So my wife and I were staying at the hotel next to Culvers. I was extremely excited because I love their custard. So I got high and walked over there to get some delicious custard. I placed my order for my custard and waited. Ten minutes go by, and I start sobering up without custard in my hand. I was holding the number 12 in my hand. Another ten goes by, and people have come and gone. I saw my custard sitting there melting for seven minutes. So I'm entirely sober now and ask for a refund. $4.02 was the refund I was asking for, and the manager acted as if I asked for his kidney. I just wanted my refund, and that's all so that I could go back to my room and get high. He couldn't understand why I wanted a refund because I had waited 20 minutes for my custard. But don't worry, folks, I'm high in my hotel room, happy, and informed others how this was the only time I had a bad experience at Culver because of incompetent management.

We went twice relatively recently. And the food is pretty tasty. But both times they forgot to make our concretes. Seems like there is a training issue.

Just curious, I’ve always bought a kid’s meal because it’s perfect size portions for me. Today I was told that I have to buy a kids meal for a 12 year old or younger. I could not by it for myself. Is this a new rule? Don’t understand. I replied in the drive thru, no thank you. I ordered chick-Fil-a next door instead ?

This location is absolutely horrible. We went through the drive thru today and after 20 minutes of waiting for our food and being assured we were next went in to see where our order was. We were told they gave our order to the wrong car and it needed to be remade. I asked for the dipping sauces I ordered through the drive thru, and the Manager wanted to charge me. After going back and forth with her several times she pulled up my receipt to show I had already paid for the sauce. Not once did the Manager apologize for what happened with our order but she also stated this location “can’t communicate with each other”. As we were walking out the door we heard the Manager and another staff member laughing at us making rude comments. I hope the owner of this location seriously considers the management they have representing his/her restaurant.

I’ve been in stl for several days now and this is probably the best meal I’ve had so far. Great service, great food, I’ll definitely come back

The staff was friendly and food was good but this place was SO dirty! Trash all over bathroom floors, overflowing trash can(s) when you first walked in. Debris (maybe mold) caught on ice dispenser rim.(right side one) trash all over the floors and drink station. I would not have ordered food if I realized the inside looked like this before I ordered... very disappointing for chesterfield.

Very friendly workers always a great fast food experience when we are in a hurry. The food is good and at a very reasonable price.

When ordering my food everything went okay. I asked if they had pup cups, the other location on Manchester does and I was told no. It wasn’t that they didn’t have them it was the way the lady responded like I was asking about something unreasonable. Not no I’m sorry or I’m sorry we don’t do that here. When getting my food I asked if I could have ranch and bbq and was told I would have to pay extra for a second condiment. With a burger and a side for just under $12 I would not expect that but again ok. Getting home opening my burger and getting ready to eat I thought they had left off the condiments. For some reason they were under the burger. Again not a big deal but the over all experience together was not good. The people working there were not very nice and for the price I expect that the lettuce gets put where it should be. With another Culver’s maybe 10 minutes away that goes above and beyond on their customer service and satisfaction, this location is going to need to do better. I will be driving the 10 minutes next time.
