You can't go wrong with the signature Chick-fil-A chicken sandwich-- crunchy filet, slightly sweet butter bun with a pop of dill pickle flavor! Also tried the cobb salad this time -- perfect lettuce-to-toppings ratio, fresh lettuce, tasty grape tomatoes, and chicken filet to top it off. We visited via drive-thru during a high volume time; very little wait, staff courteous, food fresh and temperature appropriate.
We just stopped at this location for a quick breakfast on our way through. There was a small miscommunication and they forgot to give us cream and sugar for our coffee. Before we got out of the parking lot, the manager literally chased our car down to get us the cream and sugar. It was amazing especially while traveling with 4 kids! We didn’t catch his name but he was working at 8:30 am on 6/19. Thank you!
Very disappointed in my last visit. Ordered a Cobb Salad and when I got back to work some of the lettuce was brown. I can not say how much this is unacceptable. That is something that shouldn't be served to anyone ever!!!
when compared chick fil a stands out from other fastfood chains.Quality is at par.I really like all the items that are on thier menu.I love the lemonade and the french fries.
Absolutely 100% A+ service at this location and all locations. The workers are so kind and welcoming to everyone i cluding kids. I love places like that that run business on christian galues and are closed on Sundays. I liv d in eureka and sadly out there there is not one.
Absolutely love chic fila but this experience was less than excellent. We had to clean our own table. When one of the workers saw us cleaning he apologized for it being like that. We pointed out all the tables needed cleaning and he proceeded to walk back to the kitchen and not clean anything. My spicy chicken sandwich was not spicy. My friend were cold and my macaroni was old. I have never been disappointed with my food at chic fila, but I was today.

Chesterfield location every time ive gone food is just mediocre been here 3 times im done. Once in the evening and had a food and service issue was contacted and tried again was better. Then again and got chicken sandwich it was not fresh as it seemed warmed over. And the last time nuggets were so small looked like the bottom of the bag unreal.In all respects this store needs a work over.I go to wentzville and dont have this issue so its definitely a location thing
The branch was busy.I went inside to order and got out a lot faster thsn the drive through was moving. Their salads sre alwas delicious.
