Service at the Cape Girardeau, MO store is horrible. Waited in the drive thru to place our order for 15 minutes. All the girl would say is, "I'll be right with you." There was 1car ahead of us. So now I'm at Burger King.
Honestly a joke going here and I understand that it’s not the staffs fault mostly it’s the manager so if you actually read your reviews then it might get better online ordering from this location is a nightmare not to mention the staff parks in the curbside spots and the inside has been closed since the first lockdown. I cannot stress enough how annoying it is to spend $20+ dollars on food and then wait an average of 20-30min on the line and by then the food is soggy and cold and I really feel bad for doordash and people who use similar apps cause you can’t give the people want the are ordering, but I digress and long story short the next time I find myself there I will be asking for the manager for some answer cause Wendy’s used to be an amazing place to eat and now it’s more headache than it’s worth
I dont know who was on staff this morning, but you guys KILLED me and my wifes bfast, the potatoes were super fresh, the sandwich, breakfast baconator, had soft bread but not gummy, tender bacon not double cooked or soggy, and her biscuit was soft and delicious, and the gravy was creamy not too thick. Man thank you guys, we havent had good breakfast in cape since covid
Total wait time from the time I entered the drive thru line to the time I exited was 45 minutes and there were only about 10 cars total.The cashier at the first window was super friendly as is the only reason I gave a star. Pulled up to the second window to see literally EVERY worker playing around and cussing up a storm...LOUDLY! Waited at that window for 15 minutes to be handed a $5 Biggie Bag and an extra order of fries, but no drink. Had o wait another 5 minutes for that. I live just down the street an when I got home, not only was the food ice cold but the burger from the Biggie Bag was made completely wrong and included items that my child is allergic to.The whole experience was so frustrating that it has taken me this long to post this and I didn't report it to the restaurant for fear of the attitude I might get. It was only an $8 order... I will take my loss and cut the ties. Will never go back again.
I ordered 2 meals, when we opened the sandwiches, it looked like someone pucked old shredded cheese on them and they had a funky smell. Well we were already too far away to turn around. So i called the store just to be called a liar and hung up on. I called the next morning and talked to a manger and she apologized and said for us to come in and get 2 combos. Well we went in that evening just to be told my name was never wrote down. So again another lie.
Asked for no ice , asked about veggies on my burger and was told there was none and received ice in my drink and pickles along with tomatoes. Didn't get any ranch for my biggie meal and to top it all off its lukewarm as if it was under a turned off heater that was cooling.
Called three times while driving to Buffalo Wild Wings to confirm whether the dinning room was open. The parking lot and scuttlebutt suggests that it is not open. If you wish to stop your ever dwindling market share open your dinning room, and answer your phone.
The breakfast was awesome then I went back for lunch and it was great everything was hot and fresh I want you think the staff at Wendy's I'm doing such a great job
Can't use the app after 4 pm, although app WILL still let you order and take your money. For some reason it even charged me a "service fee" of almost $2 that they will not repay even though to get your food you ordered through the app you still must pull through the drive thru to get.Absolutely makes NO SENSE!It took me 45 minutes to get our food ordered through the app.
Food is always fresh and hot. Sweet lady working the drive threw. Never a long wait. Highly recommend Wendy's on kingshighway
