I am always pleased with my food from the bell, it's quick, got and ready to eat. I eat many places and the service at taco bell compares to all the rest. You can have it your way and eat for under 10 bucks.

Imagine sitting in a line for an hour for tacos.If taco johns were open later I would gladly go there instead. The drive through service is abysmal.

The best Taco Bell I've ever been to. The staff is always super nice and friendly and my order is always correct, even with several modifications!

The new Chipotle Ranch Chicken Burrito is tasty. Late night rush is usually problematic.

The Cape Taco Bell sites struggle with quality control and consistency. More often than not, there will be a mistake in your order; an ingredient will be missing if you asked for it, or it will be left on if you ask for it to be removed. Sometimes an entire menu item is missing. The Kingshighway site is too small and understaffed, resulting in long waits; sometimes you cannot even pull into the drive through because cars are backed up to the highway. If you want Taco Bell, exercise caution when ordering from these particular establishments, and check your order before driving away.

Their needs to be a lower rating to give this place. I placed a mobile order and went inside to pick it up. After standing there for 45 minutes I finally ask what was taking so long. Come to find out they gave my order to someone in the drive thru. Once they realized the mistake it took them another 20 minutes to make my food. Spent over an hour waiting on overcooked, mushy, bland food. I’ve had plenty of poor experiences at this location but I always give people the benefit of doubt. Won’t ever return to another Taco Bell again.

This is one of the worst taco Bell's I have been to. They are very unhelpful and honestly I think they just do whatever they want. It's always a horrible experience every time I come here. I honestly would never come back to this place but I do door dash and unfortunately I have to quite frequently. Anyways I rolled up here to pick up an order and walked into the lobby at 10:30 because the door was unlocked so that means the lobby is open or so you would think. So I'm standing there for 10 minutes waiting for someone to help me and finally they came to the counter to let me know the lobby was closed. This is just one negative experiences I have had here it's always something like that. It never fails

I ordered soft toco number 2 I got number 1 instead.

Worst customer service in Cape. I ordered on the app 15 minutes before I came and my food hadn’t even began cooking. I then waited for 20 more minutes while they ignored all dine in orders. To top it off they got my order wrong. Unreal.

The employees here are always so much nicer than the other Taco Bell in town:)
