Very busy. People going up the the door but leaving. Line has a few people but the sandwich making is slow

Complaint: Staff rings up orders without giving you a chance to scan the app first to add or use points, then tells you it’s too late to do it and refuses to rerun the sale.Case in point: Today the manager saw me using the app pulling up specials and looking at my existing points. There was no rush since we were the only customers in line. Rather than scan the app so I could get points to use on future orders, he rang up the sale and told me it was too late to redo it when I asked “…but what about my points?”Restaurant managers and employees should be familiar with how their app works, whether points must be added BEFORE the sale or can be added later. When they MUST be added in advance, employees should be instructed to ALWAYS ask customers if they would like to use or add to their current points. There is no good excuse for failing to do this, especially when it involves telling customers, “Sorry, it’s too late now. You should have thought of it sooner. Giving you points is now impossible!” With the huge variety of restaurant apps today, it’s not reasonable to expect customers to remember how they all work. It is reasonable, however, for restaurants to know how their ONE app works and be able to assist customers with it.Because it’s happened to me several times at this location, today was the last straw. The fact that the place looks nice is far less important to me than having a good experience there. Until/unless their attitude about customers improves, I won’t be back.

The owner/manager who waited on us was very brisk and rude. He saw me struggling with the app trying to bring up the special, rewards and points. When it came to ringing up the order, he refused to scan the app so that I could get points saying it was “too late.” It’s not the first time I’ve had problems with this location. Though the restaurant looks nice, rude staff, and refusals to scan the app for points or assist customers with deciphering specials are commonplace here. If you’re in the mood for a Subway sandwich, you’ll have a much better experience at one of the other locations in town.

Good sandwich, workers could've been more polite. But all around not bad.

I recently visited this Subway and had a great customer service experience. My server, Dakotah, was patient, friendly, and efficient and made me the best sandwich!!

Good service but they seem to be getting light on the meat for the price of the foot long.

Very poor experience. We will not be back to this location. The service was terrible. We waited while they made to go orders for 20 minutes and never spoke to us, and the staff was rude when we finally were waited on. Do not recommend!

Since its under new owner the store is so much better. Looks better food is never out of stock and you seem to get more than 2 slices of meat on a foot long. I will definitely be going back to subway. That short red head that was running it before was horrible. The store manager was nice but the lady above her was what brought the store down. I feel like she gave up thru the years.
