Horrible. Very rarely go to Starbucks anymore because of things like this. 1st cant take a bill over a 20. But no sign is posted for a heads up before ordering. So how was I supposed to know. Then, After 25 minutes(total wait time) only 2 cars ahead of me, they can't even make the order right. Smh. Would never have this problem at Dunkin!!!!!!
Ordered online and my order was waiting on my at arrival! Staff was extremely nice.
I go to Starbucks several times a week. The staff is friendly even though they are very busy. Love the cappuccino with nutmeg.
People were pleasant and of course the coffee was good as always. the cleanliness of the business needs work and so does the bathrooms. They look like time forgotten them.

No idea why anyone still goes to Starbucks. They popularized over paying for low quality, burned coffee and basically became the household name for that concept. Starbucks has terrible quality and among the most unethical business practices in growing territories. You don't enjoy the 2oz. of coffee in the cup, you enjoy the 6-10 oz. of sugar and syrup they put in the 2oz. of coffee.

This store is consistently out of everything. I hate to generalize but it’s so easy! And if you look at the menu ahead of time to see if they have something or order it for pick-up, you get there and, surprise! They don’t have it! This is because they don’t update their app. They’re out of sugar free vanilla, cinnamon dolce, sugar cookie, peppermint…. It’s always something. This summer you were lucky if you got any kind of pink drink. I’ve always been a Starbucks fan but if you want coffee, go to another go another location or go to Scooter’s. Scooter’s is good… ?
Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Ordered 2 drinks and waited 35 minutes before realizing this place was a joke. They were busy (I’ve been in much busier Starbucks tho and had fine service) but I sat there and watched them make drinks for people who ordered after me. I asked them why that was the case and they had no answer. Another person in there was also having the same issue as me and had been waiting even longer. He began to complain as well and the barista had the nerve to say “why didn’t you say something before now.” I asked for a refund and left and will never return. This location should look at hiring new staff who understand time management and customer service.
